8/15/25: late night stop. Service was slow, but my food modifications were all 100% on point! The food isn't going up blow your socks off or anything, but it's warm, they follow modifications, and the purple drinks are kinda fire 😊🎉🎉

Daniel Brooks accused me of breaking a self serve napkin dispenser when it was completely jammed. The bar clearly had not been tended to considering it was out of silverware and and sauces. I have never had a manager blame a customer for breaking something at a self serve bar. I am pretty sure the napkin are suppose to pop up to keep them at the top. Clearly they have not trained their managers in customer courtesy.

The service usually doesn't take long. It is a bit annoying that they make you take orders on the kiosk when someone is actively sitting at the front register. Food always tastes great but comes out a tad messy. They are usually in a rush from it being fast food that they don't focus too long on getting good portions. Most chicken quesadillas have the center filled with chicken, cheese, and sauce but the edges of it are completely empty and don't have any filling whatsoever. The place is usually pretty clean but they often have a table or two that need cleaned up still. Plenty of parking and seating.

I ordered through their app & went through the drive-thru. My food was fresh & as expected. The crunchy taco shell was fresh for being 10:30 at night, as was my chalupa shell. My chalupa was free because of the rewards, which is easy to earn by placing orders in the app or scanning receipts.

I spent $50 dollars worth of tacos and can't get them to give me more than 5 sauces. They throw a fit if you bring it up. Acting like it's coming out of there pocket. And forgot two items. Swear service here keeps getting worse and worse. Don't go on 2nd/ night shift

Cashier used the customer kiosk to order for us:
- advised this is the only way to order now but took the next person's order at the register.
- up charged the double dippers to steak with asking meat choice
- input phone number in for receipt at the kiosk and never received it.
- unable to get 2nd cup for ice water after ordering for 5 items for 2 people.
Not the usual experience we come to enjoy at Taco Bell.

My favorites are the cheesy gordita crunch & chalupa. Wish the point system/rewards on the app had a better selection of things to redeem though.
