Went to her food truck tonight at Westfield Farmers Market. Menu was a variety of tater tot dishes. I ordered one I think was supposed to be Hawaiian? Pineapple, some kind of sauce, tots were cold and dried out. Pineapple was canned pineapple. Sauce , nothing special. Chicken? Not sure where that was hiding. Not even an ounce of meat. Tried three bites, donated it to the trash can. $12!!! Chef? Not sure about that. Three young kids running the food truck. One was very busy sitting in the counter with their feet up on it very busy on their cell phone.

Tacho truck breakfast was a disappointment :( tater tots with a teaspoon of scrambled egg dust, invisible sausage crumbles and cold white sour cream. $12.

This was an excellent surprise. I got 3 different meals for our family and each of them were excellent. I always add seasoning to any dish, but for these meals, they were seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend trying this place.

She starts with appropriately crispy tator-tots. Pretty awesome start. Then tops them in ways I never thought of. Aloha, Buffalo, Loaded Baked Potato, Ruben etc etc. YES PLEASE!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chef Karyn recently catered a meeting for us at Kiwanis. We went with the roast beef and turkey sliders. They were amazing. Add the chocolate chip cookies, pure perfection. I woke up craving the sliders the next morning. And her pimento cheese spread is life changing. Five Star review!! Looking forward to trying more of her creations.

We just tried Chef Karyn's for the first time and the roast beef manhatten was the best that I've ever had. The chocolate chip cookies are also fantastic. Everyone was very nice as well.
