The service was great! Everyone was so nice. The line was long, but they were quick. These are just not my kind of pretzels. They aren't your typical brown salted pretzel. They are more like a heavy dough in a pretzel shape. The pretzel dog was also not my favorite. The hot dog was really thick and had a very processed taste. I tried a few different things and none of them quite hit the spot for me. I guess I was looking for your traditional brown Bavarian pretzel. If you're looking for a traditional pretzel, this isn't really it, but might be worth a try if you're up for something a little different. The shop is cute and the people are nice.

Nice atmosphere, friendly employees & very clean. Best pretzels we have ever had! We got a pretzel with parmesian cheese & a dip for less than $5. It was big enough for 2 people & had butter drizzled on it, fabulous. I will definitely stop here when back in the area. I wish I would have come back the next day & tried their sandwiches!

Ben’s Pretzels is worth the drive from wherever you are in Northern Indiana. Every pretzel flavor we’ve tried has been excellent, because they all start with a perfect pretzel. I usually get the pretzel dog and my husband and I share a dessert pretzel. If they are super busy don’t let that scare you off. They serve you quickly and courteously no matter how long the line is. My husband and I were talking about how happy the staff seem every time we go there. If you’ve never been, put it on your list!

I got bored and decided to take a long way home. Decided to stop by shipshawana. As I'm driving by, I see this pretzel place, I go in great atmosphere, nice staff. I guess the pretzel rap of the day was. Ham and cheese cuz Everybody was ordering it, but I'll tell you what. That was the best pretzel, the most toughest on the outside chewy on the inside the way a pretzel is supposed to be. this place they are awesome. The 2 people that was there today they are awesome. I wish them all the best. And I have many, many prosperous days ahead of them. Wit this establishment. I'm about ready to turn around to go back and get another one. It was so good.
