The coffee was amazing! The customer service was not so great... we had a large group and ordered coffee. I had ordered 2 frappes but the lady who took my order didn't put it in the computer right, so they made the wrong frappes. I had told this to the lady who had made them and she gave me attitude and made comments to her coworkers saying that it was somehow my fault that they made the wrong frappes? Wow! Great food and friendly, fast service. We drove about 10 miles out of the way to get an everything egg sandwich bagel. It was worth it. Hot, delicious, and the bacon was amazing. So was the service. Thanks, stopping is a treat, and always worth it!
I really like their coffee drinks but I don't like that they stir the cappuccinos and lattes. It ruins a cappuccino, turns it into a latte. I wish coffee shops would look up the proper way to make theses drinks, there is a BIG difference between a latte and a cappuccino!
