Of you like your tea or coffee, this us the place for you! They have teas for everything and everything for making tea. Go ahead, tell them what ails you & watch them go to work. Relaxing, energizing, soothing, feel good.. you name it they've got it. From the Great Wall of Teas to the smaller tea packets there's something for everyone's taste. A great variety of honeys and jams are available to accompany your tea or help you put together that tea tray or appetizer tray. Isles of cooking tools and gadgets are everywhere as well as a GINORMOUS collection of tea cups, mugs and teapots Many mixes available to help you prepare a little treat to enjoy with your tea or coffee. Let's not forget the Cafe where treats & snacks are made to order along with a friendly smile & great service. The store is filled with great scents and smells as well as a friendly staff. It's a great place to pick up that stocking stuffer for all the special people on your list and maybe a little treat for yourself.

The huge pretzel sandwiches are soooo good! They would easily feed two. The coffees were great and they have pumpkin pie ice cream, too❣️ . It was easily the best food we had in Shipshewana. The woman who did the fantastic job of preparing the coffee and sandwiches (I think Ann) was friendly. Enjoy your vacation!

A friend who had been in Shipshewana before urged me to visit here while I was in tow for a conference. I'm so glad I did! I'm taking away one star because it's a little dated and cluttered feeling, but other than that it's a must. Though I didn't try a pretzel, I believe the other reviewers' raves because they looked amazing. So did some of the other treats available behind the counter, from bakery to ice cream concoctions. But I came for the tea, and I was not disappointed! They have sample jars sitting out with tons of flavors, and I sniffed my way to heaven. I brought home four bags, and every one is absolutely delicious. They are much more robust in flavor than the other teas I have tried from a variety of online and in-person locations. I can't even brew a pot without first inhaling deeply from the bag, because the aroma is so wonderful. Forget the other places - I plan to order all my tea from here now, shipped to my home in California. The owner told us they might retire in a few years. If they do, I beg them to publicize their supplier, so those of us who buy from them can continue finding this fabulous tea.

Best pretzel ever!! As you can see from my numerous postings on YELP, I get around. This is hands down the best pretzel I've ever had. Probably one of the best food items I've had in years. I was not expecting this which is why I was blown away. Not the tradional twisted dark looking pretzel, think Bavarian style, but kind of a like fluffy pillow of heaven. It is buttery, light, and airy inside with incredible flavor and the perfect amount of salt flakes on it. They also make sandwiches on this pretzel as well. Coffee, tea, sandwiches, and other items in this upstairs shop. Super friendly people that came over and talked to us about our travels. LaVern & Ann were just terrific. Thank you.Really, do yourself a favor and get one!

Do NOT MISS this place! The owners are amazing, caring and loving people. They have very good food here, plus amazing Chai Tea - get the Spiced!! Not just a place to eat, or drink coffee. You can purchase unique gifts, teas, coffee and more here.

We shopped, but didn't eat. The owner was very knowledgeable of the teas in her shop and was able to easily match teas to our tastes.

We have a lake house in Shipshewana- so I have tried many versions of hot pretzels. This one is my favorite. It's finished with butter and the softest and chewiest in the center. It's absolutely enormous and easily shareable- so if it's for a kid, split in half. So why only 4 stars for this place? The service is REALLY slow and comparatively unfriendly.....you won't see many smiles cracked by the Amish folks behind the counter, which is a bit unusual from the many I've met.Still- today it's difficult to staff food service jobs, so I tend to just appreciate people who have showed up to work. There is apparently an amazing sandwich made using the pretzel as a bun- if I liked cold cut sandwiches, I'm sure I'd think it's out of this world. There are many dried teas for purchase as well as jellies and jams. There are a few tables, so this is an option if you're looking for a casual lunch spot. They do have a lunch menu as well as pretzels and ice cream. The ice cream didn't look spectacular and it was a bit high priced in comparison to some of the local ice cream stands, so probably grab your ice cream elsewhere.Also- there are almost no GF options. If you need a GF pretzel- go to Jo Jo's in the Davis Mercantile building.

This is such a neat little shop. If you're a tea lover, you have to add this place to your list of shopping experiences. Make sure to order a fresh coffee, tea or cream soda, as they're all delicious. My son tried the lavender cream soda and was blown away with how good it was. We also ordered a cinnamon roll and turkey sandwich ....both were tasty....but the pretzel.....literally, the best we've ever had. (And we've had pretzels from ALL over.) I don't know how he does it....but his recipe and technique are unparalleled. You cannot leave here without trying one. They're so good that I would make the trip to Shipshewana just for one of these.

I love loose leaf tea & this place did NOT disappoint in their selection. They have at least 100 plus loose leaf options! Ann and her husband Lavern are such sweet and helpful people, they made us feel welcome and wanting to come back.

We arrived in Shipshewana, Indiana purely to visit this tea shop. Before arriving we visited their website to confirm they would be open. When we arrived (driving three hours each way) they had a ripped piece of paper on the door stating they would only be open on Friday and Saturday this week. We stopped in at another store in the little mall it is in and apparently that is what they have been leaving up for months. This was March of 2023 and according to others in the mall they do this all the time. If it was a family emergency it would be understandable. It has been recommended to them multiple times to change their website hours and they refused. We called to explain that we had gone way out of our way and the most they were willing to do was give us a few samples and free shipping. When the teas we had ordered arrived (we ordered 4 4 ounce bags in addition to the samples) two of the four ounce bags (which were the exact same tea) were literally an ounce different in weight. It was so off that when you picked up the two bags you could tell. They were contacted again and we offered pictures of the weights and they said even though they sell their teas in ounces they just use a scoop to measure so too bad. They will never be getting our business again. When you buy “4 ounces” you expect an actual 4 ounce container not a 3 ounce container.

Great experience! The store has so many unique gifts and a huge assortment of blended teas. I tried the iced piña-colada tea and it was amazing! I had to go get more the following day. I will be ordering some online so I can make some at home. Can’t wait to come back!

This gem was incredible! Fantastic seasonal coffee delights, treats and hardy lunch. The pretzel sandwich is 2 meals! The pretzels are HEAVEN, never had one so good. Ann, was very sweet and made great recommendations. The shop has beautiful decor, this and that, and perfect for lunch, too! I love places like this- so next time we are in the area, we will be sure to go back!! thank you Ann and Red Bud!

Forgot to put our order in after paying, sat for over 30 minutes waiting to ask about our order, realized they forgot to make it.
