The assistant manager refused my coupon. Even though it was far from expiration, she told me that she couldn't help me and told me I had to pay full price. Needless to say, the sandwich stayed behind! She should not have an assistant manager's title.

I ordered a bmt with a bunch of veggies and sauce. I brought my sub home and there was nothing on it. They didn’t put any veggies or sauce on my sub. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my orders. It’s ridiculous how they run this place. Seems like nobody takes anything serious in there. There is absolutely no customer service. The manager is rude and cusses up a storm when there’s customers in there. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I've never had a issue with any subway. EVER! Watching Tracy handle my food with zero gloves and saying to the other woman omg I did it with our touching the food. I watched her touch my food plenty of times. They ignored my service talking about the weather on Florida. A supervisor had to tell a employee off the clock to leave. The place was completely dead. Working right down the road this has been my place. I always tell people traveling threw to go to subway. My staff and myself will no longer promote subway in town. Be better for our small but growing town.

Ordered online and they didn't receive the order. We had the confirmation number, the confirmation email and showed them that the payment was taken out of our account. I understand they couldn't fulfill the order, but the lady was very rude about it! I know it wasn't her/their fault, but it wasn't ours either! We ended up having to reorder and pay again! Full price! I would not recommend this particular Subway, based on how the employees handled this situation.

Young kids running this store. My order was to go & I ordered a salad. Subway stores have always cut up the veggies & they did not. Gave me my bowl without a bag nor did they offer me crackers, croutons or silverware to eat or to cut my veggies.

Don't order on the app. They will get it wrong every time. It also seems like because your not their watching them make it the use the crap bread and just throw it together all sloppily. For the cost of food these days this is ridiculous. Subs looks like a 5 yr. Old made them.

The employees acted like no one knew what they were doing. There were 5 employees and it was taking at least 5 mins per sandwich to be made. Even if the sign says some of the staff is special needs they all behave like they are clueless. They were also all chatting amongst themselves about how they didn’t want to be here, the rain outside, and how the manager had just been outside weeding. This was a real test of my patience to wait for this sandwich and I would have left if I weren’t already starving.

Why would someone want cold steak!! I ordered a steak and cheese wrap and you guys didn't heat a HOT meat!!!! What in the actual heck. :(
