Had a full conversation with the owner around Dec 5th about a pickup today. My husband gets there and it's not ready he was called a liar. Last year an issue with accusation of not buying a bbq sauce that was missing. So we're done here.

These fellers catered an event I happened to be at today and they did it right. Was particularly impressed with their mastery of chicken, typically the quinoa salad of the bbq world, but you wouldn't know it the way they cooked it up. Moist, firm, succulent. Certified HogLord approved.

Anyone who enjoys great BBQ that is so good it has stood the test of time over the years will be more than pleased with the food, the flavor, and the service of this local legend!Mr. Waltz should take a hike!!! Obviously he has no idea what good cooking is, or what it is like to work a hot grill. I used to run the kitchen at a Texas Roadhouse, and I understand how picky people can be about clean service.The Big Boss uses a towel to wipe sweat, and heat safety gloves to protect his hands from the intense flames that sear the flavors into his food, which is deliciously cooked to perfection.Every year I visit my mother from out of town, I stand by to watch this hard working master at work. He has never used anything less than gloves and tongs to serve the masses that all gather in line to enjoy.The price is more than fare for the quantity and the quality of everything he sells. I can’t say enough about the ribs which my whole family loves. The rub is the perfect balance of sweet with a perfectly caramelized finish. I have hade many others that were too saucy, too fatty, and lacked the attention to detail you will find here!Thanks for always working hard to serve up a great treat for the crowd!! I will always look forward to my next visit to town.

Shocked by the lack of food safety literally watched the man with the backwards hat repeatedly rub his hair then stir sides and serve food. After realising I was watching, he put gloves, on of course with out washing his hands. I ate the chicken because we paid $35 a person taste like lighter fluid.
