The amount that they charge for this it should at least be filled with product. What an absolute shame. Out of several products on a Thursday evening dinner time. Someone needs to manage and train employees correctly.

I will not be going back to this subway again. I order a veggie sub. I asked for spinach and the person put little veggies on the sub as possible. I was not impressed. And did the same for my husband so all he basically had was bread.

I was reminded tonight as to why I don't go to this subway anymore. I had placed a mobile order. When I arrived to pick up my food I was informed they were out of chicken and couldn't make our sandwich and only had white bread or flatbread left. Before I was able to tell them what kind of sandwich we'd like they let walk in customers go ahead of me after they were done the prson that was making the sandwiches proceeded to ignore me. When I finally did get there attention I was informed they only had enough white bread to make 1 sandwiches and only had enough flatbread for 1 sandwiches. They were out of countless things and had already broken down the lemonade machines. There was no aplgozes or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. We will definitely not be coming back here.

I ordered on the app. The last 4 time I have not received my cookies with no refund, or even them notifying me. I wait till I get home, and surprise none.
This time they messed up both of my subs. They literally put stuff on the subs that I removed on the app. They added stuff that wasn’t originally supposed to be on them. They even left of the Baja sauce on the Baja chicken sub.
CLEARLY the employees don’t care or are not trained how to follow the customers request.
Just please do better!

We mobile ordered so our food would be ready when we arrived. It wasn't ready. We had to ask 2 different times about our mobile order before they did anything about it. So we sat and waited for about 30 minutes before they made our food. There were even other customers in the store asking on our behalf if they would take care of us, since we'd obviously been waiting for a while. We almost left as we needed to make this a quick stop. I won't be stopping at this subway again. Everyone was kind and polite thankfully, but things were definitely out of order here.
