My husband and I have been wanting to eat at this restaurant. Well we finally had the time and it was a disappointment. Customer service was good, the waitress was good but the food was definitely not authentic Mexican food. The tortillas weren't cooked, the steak was very tough (I almost choked), the fried shrimp taco was very fishy to the point that it smelled.

Always freshhhhh and tasty salsa to start your meal. Happy servers, ample seating. Faster service, nice ambience.

No mexican music all American music. Makayla our server was a little rude. I think she judged us based on our outward appearance which i find slightly appalling. Evan Farmer ate a strawberry off my tres leches. He was good with the water but not much else. I think he is way over paid. He asked us to join him in the bathroom for a “potty party” whatever that means. The water selection was superior to most other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to.

We first found out about Chuys in Fishers, it was great. This one isn't as good, food average, atmosphere average, service only average. Probably wait for our next concert and go back to Fishers location.

Me and my family went here thinking it was gonna be a great place but when we got our food we thought different. The service was great but the food was not authentic and not the best.

Absolutely loved the dog pics everywhere. Very cool atmosphere. I sat at the bar solo (work gig, hotel near here). I don't think I will go back next time. Food was okay. Ordered enchiladas but received a burrito on the first try. Bartender noticed immediately and was very quick to correct it. Kudos. Salsa with the chips, spot on. Very good salsa. I guess what bugged me ... The bartender was super busy running around (not always pertaining to customers) but maybe the steps they take to get to closing time? Cleaning stuff, wiping down stuff. I was the only one at the bar and she never took my finished plate away. Just a personal pet peeve. Food wise, it was okay. Good staff. (PS if you bring in a little framed pic of your dog(s), they will hang it and maybe a provide a free appetizer or something like that.) Go mild if you don't like the heat!

I did pick up for the first time last week and was blown away by the service. The gentleman working the pick up was kind, very help, and made it a great experience. The food was very good too. Thanks!
