Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordering takeout is a nogo. Chicken tenders were small, food was soggy and mac and cheese inedible. Got a triple appetizer and it was completely wrong. For 100$ you'd think it would've been at least the usual applebees level. Check all the recent reviews and AVOID this one. Eating like I'm in a POW camp.

Idk why I keep trying to like Applebee’s. Maybe it’s just not for me. I ordered the bayou shrimp and if I’m ordering something Louisiana themed named bayou ______. I expect it to be seasoned well. Why’s it seasoned gently. I get the rest of the menu. And the green beans tasted like they were boiled in water. Soaked in oil and put in the microwave to warm up. Nasty. Get some hot sauce if ur gonna have any kind of southern food smh. Tobasco is for tacos.

The absolute worst place I been to the minute I went to pick up my order the rude hostess makes a remark ohh I guess I’m not getting a tip meanwhile I had the tip in my hand and remember I was just getting food to go but the worst is when you make it home and they leave half your order out so you pay for food you don’t get I will never return to this place do yourself a favor and drive past

Went out to eat here because we were wanting Applebees and the mozzarella sticks we got were barely even warm, but yet the Mariana sauce was hot. We ordered the 2 for 25 and I had gotten the bourbon street chicken and sausage and my sausage was burnt. My chicken wasn’t even hot. It was barely warm. My noodles on the bottom were soggy and watery feeling. My breadstick was rock hard. My fiancés order was wrong on top of it and when he spoke up the server got him AI sauce and didn’t even acknowledge the food mistake. He then asked if I wanted a to go box and I said yes please and we stayed for 10 more minutes all to see him come back from the back area with no to go box and sit across from us and talk to his blonde haired coworker. I get that long shifts happen, but that no excuse to disregard and ignore your customers you are serving. Also did not see one manager on shift from the looks of it and was never greeted by a manager. 0/10 experience and do not recommend this location.

I got an 8 oz and double mash, and got the regular order of broccoli, once I made it known the mistake I still never got them, and could even see my server sitting down talking to someone 😭 I’m young and I get it, but on top of that sitting down after we ask for a to go box? Horrible experience with burnt food and horrid service. I never review unless it’s amazing or horrible. 0-10

Unfortunately yesterday that I went to the restaurant at night to celebrate Valentine's Day with my wife and children they took a long time to give me a table when they finally gave me a table the waiters only passed by our side and did not attend us they simply turned to look at us with a face of indifference perhaps because we were the only Latinos in the place how unfortunate that experience was since I was with my whole family and I really appreciated the food of that place but thanks to that bad experience I think I will never visit it again I hope this comment reaches the manager and improve the service.

There playing rock n' roll in hear so loud while the Superbowl is on. I spoke to Russell (manager) and he said that the GM wants it this loud.
This is ridiculous!

We came to this Applebees to eat lunch after church the service started out good, but they sat us at a tinny booth for a family of two adults three kids and a baby, they didn’t have crayons for the kids they didn’t have chocolate milks for the kids. We got our drink order in which the husband ordered a shot that all got placed. As soon as the apps came out the kids food came out only two and we ordered three kids meals which took a minute for them to bring that out as well. It took them 10 to 20 mins just to let us know they didn’t have the type of alcohol and asked if we wanted somthing different which they didn’t have that either. While kids was eating the youngest of my kids choked on her food but no one came to check and see if she was okay.When the waitress came to let us know that they had to re cook the stake my husband ordered because they had made it wrong, they still didn’t have my food either so mind you we are both waiting on our food still and it’s been a good hour we have been waiting. When they finally bring his food out they don’t have my food and now at this point we are just ready to go. All together just a bad experience.

Food was awful, the wings sauce tasted like chemical, the quesadilla was watery, an chips and queso had a starchy powder on them. And the other patrons there smelled so strongly of marijuana, that we had to leave because it was making us nauseous.

Takes them over an hour to bring out food even when not busy and we had children at the table. Manager would not leave our table even though there were more tables to tend to it felt uncomfortable. Food barely seasoned or even warm at that. Server acted annoyed the whole time and rolled her eyes at us a few times. Manager kept telling me I was wrong about vegetables having broccoli. Offered to give me a free different side but wanted to charge me 50¢ if I just wanted garlic butter on the side. Absolutely ridiculous will never be returning. 0 stars
