I had the most unfortunate experience of dealing with KRIS through the drive-through. It was not busy yet she was still very rude and impolite. I did not feel welcomed at this location. I even got to witness her being rude to a male coworker. There is a reasonable level of respect expected but was it was not met by any means.

I always get the mozzarella sticks with broncoberry sauce. So much better than marinara. I don't get mozzarella sticks anywhere else.

Our sandwiches were not even warm. They gave us ice, but our drinks were not cold enough. Strange visit. I'll go to a different Arby's next time.

I stopped eating here a couple of years ago. Food and service was really bad. Someone from another store told me it had a new manager. I have tried it a few times by now. It is good food and service again. I am glad I do have to drive far anymore for am Arbys.
I went through DT took 15 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches so I went inside and the manager was in the back just standing there while her employees were getting hit I felt bad for the girl in DT

I was so excited after having to faat all day to eat my meal. Unfortunately, one out of two of my "Roast beef classic" There was hardly any beef, bringing to mind, "Where's the Beef"??!! The layer of beef was so thin, and was equal to the bottom bun. Sigh. And; since this was my big "splurge " for the month & I don't get much disability income, I'm left not only hungry (hangry at this point), but upset that I chose Arby's to start with! Lesson Learned! Too bad we can't loa pictures... This is my first negative review, EVER!
