I was in the drive-through I got the Gyro and it’s just pieces it’s not sliced like it shows on the picture. It’s just like I got scraps of the Gyro. I’ve tried to call back over and over and no one is answering . Today is December 28, 2025. I’m very disappointed with what I received and I do have pictures but don’t know where to send them to. I ordered a potato cakes and had to wait so I had to go pull around to the front of the building and they brought them out to me so they had time to make the sandwich right. Would like to post pictures but don’t know where to.

Spent about seven or 10 minutes in the drive-through at the Arby’s on 5950 Crawfordsville Rd., Speedway, IN within proceed ahead to the window the people at the window never acknowledge that we were in the drive-through wouldn’t allow us to place an order and told us to drive back around..

They have been treating me pretty good everytime I been there. Loving their service and food Quality has been good. Staff has been doing an excellent job

We went through the drive through and there was no roast beef (I would have been fine waiting 15 mims for it) not slider buns, and did not want to make adjustments and said they were out. We got a chicken bacon Swiss no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no honey mustard and they repeated out order. We had to wait on this chicken just to get the sandwich with everything on it and it was the toughest chicken and NOT fresh! The past 3 times we have been to this location the food definitely sits on the warmer. Not even close to have been made recently. We go to this location quite a bit but it has went down hill! When I spen $60 dollars for food I do expect for most of our food to be fresh and that has not been the case. Service is good but the food is NOT! We did not take our sandwich back because the rest of our food would not have been good. Also we do not live but a couple mins away and yes I take into consideration the drive home with our food but you can tell when things have been sitting. I hope that store picks up and is good again. We will not be back for a while. Atleast to this location. :(
