We looove Brozinnis! This is def one if not my favorite pizza place in the city. I first fell in love with the south side location and I was thrilled when this location opened close to home. The pizza is great snd the service is always good. Theres a nice outdoor patio area with seating and Speedway indoor Karting is connected so you can go next door for some fun after.

Met a couple of friends for dinner on a Wednesday night. I ordered a salad which was much bigger than I expected. Unfortunately, I had to pick out more than a few pieces of brown lettuce. Even so, there was enough for two meals. Their dough is so good. I had breadsticks with my salad, but it's their garlic knots I dream about at night. So yummy!

One of my favorite places for spaghetti and meatballs. Very generous portions and usually end up taking some home for a second meal! The service is excellent and the chairs are comfortable which is a big plus for those of us with back issues!!

The best place. Great service and food. Real Italian food and wonderful huge salads with real greens (not iceberg lettuce). Servers work hard and give their best to make you have a great experience. Enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance with vintage pix of old New York with a truly great experience.

Visited Brozinni for the first, and last, time today. We spent 2 hours and 22 minutes in this establishment. We requested a table for 9 and were told to go upstairs. We were then presented with a table for 8 and told we could split our party, which was celebrating a birthday. We accepted that. Then we ordered food and watched multiple tables sit, order, eat, and leave before we received our food. Meals started to trickle out for our party, but an hour and a half later, we were still missing 4 meals. A pizza finally arrives that is undercooked and lacking on taste. We direct our complaints to the manager, as we are still waiting for 3 calzones, and receive a story about the calzones having to be remade due to an issue with the spicy sausage (but only one calzone had sausage). None of the details about what was causing the delays were shared until nearly 2 hours into our wait. They finally bring the missing meals in to-go boxes, as if we didn't have the option to eat the food we ordered (and waaaaaiiiiitttteeeddd for) in the restaurant. The manager was either ill-equipped or just didn't care (or a combination of both). He offered nothing more than, "We're really busy," as an explanation. Being busy is not an excuse for poor service, a lack of communication, undercooked food, and a general neglect for the level of hospitality that is expected in the restaurant industry. AND being busy did not stop the revolving door of patrons that ordered, ate, and left while nearly half of our party was without entrees. Bad form! Do better!

Incredibly mediocre. Our party ordered a variety of appetizers, pizza, calzones, and pasta. Bland bland bland. My pizza was undercooked and just tasted like raw dough. 3 people in our party never received their calzones; we were there for 2 hours and just wanted to leave. The manager doesn’t care; he has a a very blasé attitude as if we aren’t paying for what we ordered. $30 for an undercooked, season-less pizza. The manager says it’s “just one of those days”, so I guess it’s normal to charge full price for food that’s undercooked. There are no standards for their food or service here.

Really really good quality pizza and place. You can tell the dough, ingredients and even the restaurant are well taken care of like they do overseas. The flavor isn't very potent which is the one thing I'll say about the food. It's good and fresh, but maybe not spiced or seasoned well enough. The potency of the flavor isn't strong. Also, I wish they had a smaller than 16" pizza options, birthday deals, and better quality fountain drinks. My water tasted like a sprite. And the pizza are huge. Other than that it was great.I just had the cheese pizza with extra sauce and a glass of house merlot. .
