Buffalo Wild Wings

I've ordered from here twice in the last month or so. One day the fries I got were so over done that most of them were hard. I ordered a 10 piece today with points I saved up and got home with the order to find it was only a 6 piece. I get both of these things are something I should check at checkout, but I shouldn't have to either. This quality is ridiculous.

The food is usually hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and other times the wings are what I can only describe as soggy. The weirder part is a handful of times I've gone to order online, they just don't have wings available. How is does your buffalo wild wings location not have wings available? Weird

Advertised open until 12 am. We entered at 1015 pm after a Pacers Game. It was December 23rd. They refused to seat as they were closing early due to the holiday. There were many other people still eating in there but half of the chairs were up. I feel like if that was the case it should have been advertised. Seems like COVID style excuses to me....very disappointing.

If I could give less I would give them, it is a restaurant that discriminates against people, I wanted to arrive with my husband, after work, and just because it was not formal, they did not let us pass.. and in another buffalo, we went the same, but there if they let us pass, we walked as we were dressed. I really don’t recommend it

We've been to this restaurant many times before just at different locations. Gonna need to say this was the worst BW's We've have visited. Wait to be seated is ok but we waited there probably 5 minutes before anyone even came over to greet us and seated us. Place wasn't busy either but not dead. Few of the items didn't show up when all the food 1st came out. This was brought up to the waitress and of course we asked for it to be delivered. Half way thru out meal we asked again and like the 1st time she said ok it will be right up. Well we ended up needing to have 2 extra side & 1 draft beer removed from the order. These never even showed up. She asked if we wanted them to go instead. Nope just removed them and bring the check back. The Speedway BW's we'll never visit again.

Here lately the food I've been ordering from BW3 have been almost perfect. My only downside to a pickup order is some of my items was hot and some was lukewarm. Next time I'll just stay and eat there.

Not happy, ordered 6 boneless wings and only got 4, the fries are ordered with it were about 6 each ????? Why? Is someone eating or taking from the food at the back? I’m so disappointed and it was my first time! Never again

Good as alway

Possibly the worst restaurant, from a kitchen standpoint, I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. 2/3 of the ingredients missing and took two attempts to get the rest. Also extremely slow. Staff were nice enough, but took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge and take drink order at a nearly empty bar.

Haven't been in a while ...it just didn't taste as great..it was a to go order....I called to tell them about the cold fries almost home n was told I needed to bring them back as proof that they're cold? Of course by the time I come right back they will be cold .....not coming right back I'm damn near home....won't return
