This goes out to your Monday night crew: you should be ashamed of yourselves. There are people like myself who would come here because they have diet restrictions and here you are serving them something that is inedible.

The rice was half undercooked so the only thing I can conclude is that there's 1 or 1/2 a pan of rice left and someone made more rice but didn't cook it properly and mixed it together. Just nasty!

Gone downhill recently

Served 2 people in the 10 minutes I sat in line. Line goes to the door. Clearly the place needs to hire more help. No fajita veggies ready either.

They had me wait almost an hour for white rice just for them to have me wait all that time to tell me they don't have the chips I ordered either.

I walked in, walked out with my food within 15 minutes. It was amazing. I even have leftovers for today. I’m very happy about that. I’m not going to show you a picture of it because unfortunately it’s over happy and but I got the chicken bowl with the chips and queso and of course I’m a Coca-Cola And a bottle from Mexico.

I had a good poising from this place. I am so mad because, i really love chipotle.. but now i am traumatized, i will not be eating chipotle ever again!

This used to be the best Chipotle around, until recently I guess. My last 2 visits were awful. 2nd to last visit, I ordered a burrito - the young woman rolled it so poorly that half the ingredients fell out. Oh well, forgivable, maybe she was new or something. It didn't bother me too much. Latest visit was a nightmare. I walk in, no one is at the service area. Manager yells into the back for someone to come up. The most apathetic employee I've ever seen walks up and just looks at me without saying anything. "I'll have a burrito please" - he slowly puts a tortilla into the heating appliance, then takes it out and stares at me again. "White rice and black beans..." I trail off. The entire time he gives me no audio, I have to call out the order. We get to the end, I am slightly perturbed but still not off-put completely - people have bad days, I get it. He starts to roll it and completely mangles it, nearly tearing it in half and most of the fillings spill out both ends and no less than 3 holes he made in the tortilla. I looked at the cashier and said "There's no way anyone could eat that, he rolled it like a monstrosity." She looks at me and says, "Whatchu want it re-rolled or something?" while rolling her eyes. The burrito roller smiled and chuckled, and just grabbed another foil to cover up his mistakes. I believe his name was Quentin or something, if that helps management at all.
I took my business elsewhere without paying or taking the "food".

After going to restaurants like these you wish Google will allow to give negative stars. Horrible food to say the least. The rice felt like it wasn’t cooked at all. Threw my food there after the first bite. For the veggie bowl they did give any veggies.

This was absolutely nasty! I ordered double chicken, and they gave me 1/2 of a regular portion. Also they gave me way to much sour cream, it took up the whole bowl and I couldn't finish it! Last reason is, I've thrown up 3 times in the last hour!!!

Is never on the shelf when they claim, and you have to wait forever for them to even acknowledge you

Food was fine, the restaurant was a mess. There were almost a dozen people behind the serving station, and in the kitchen. I presume someone would be instructed to clean the drink station, and lobby. Also, portion control was heavily avoided.

Dietary restrictions: Meat free protein, was delicious.
