Chipotle Mexican Grill

2 days now in a row have tried to order from this store, google and maps said they were close on Wednesdays but open on Thursday, decided to try again next day since its saying is open and guess what, is closed again, if the store going to stay closed then take it off the app and google, its frustrating as I skipped all the other Chipotles on my way home to get some food on this one thinking it would be open and now have to find something else to eats as nearest open one is about 30 mins away, really disappointed

Kristen was very rude and did not give me dressing for my salad. I came back to get it and she gave me a teeny tiny portion then walked off. I asked the lady who was making the doordash orders could she get me a correct portion and she did. Something needs to be done about Kristen. I will ne calling corporate as well because she gave me that small portion on intentionally then walked to the back.

Consistently gives poor portions. Extra meat here is actually the NORMAL serving youre supposed to get. Bring a scale and measure 4oz, youll see how they scam you. If you want good portions without having to ask for more because they already give a lot. Try QDOBA.

They are ALWAYS out of something ! We’re talking about 4-5 hours before even closing it’s be more understandable if it was the last hour before closing but to be completely out of something far before closing time and not interested in making more is crazy. Time to start cooking my own Chipotle I guess. 😒

I pissed got all the way home for my order not to be made right plus I paid for certain stuff extra for it not to be made right highly pissed

Every time I come here the portion they serve is smaller.

The cashier charged me for getting sour cream, salsa and a vinegarette on the side. Might I add I didn't get it on the bowl because I wanted to go home and reheated because Chipotle food is NEVER HOT no matter where you go. When I asked why did she charge me, before she could answer I asked the girl that made my bowl did I get these things on the bowl. The rude cashier told me she works right there and I handle this right here. I said I was verifying what was on the bowl because she charged me for something I didn't get. Her and I started arguing, she loud with me then I began to get loud with her. She got even louder and do did I. Three ladies came out, I could only assume were in management. One with the ring in her nose just told me to leave. She didn't ask what happened even though her employee was at this point on the side of the counter near me. I do hope you can look at the tape to see your employee was to out of pocket. Especially telling an adult to calm down as if I'm a child. Since the manager didn't care to find out what happened the recording will show you where the problem begun.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The floors were wet and sticky from the moment I walked in, which already set a bad tone. They were completely out of brown rice, grilled veggies, and even ice. On top of that, the beans were watery and unappetizing. Despite all these issues, I was still charged full price. At this point, why would anyone come to this location, and why wouldn’t I consider disputing the charge with my credit card company? This was easily one of the worst visits I’ve had to a Chipotle.

Been to a couple chipotle’s around the area and their floors and tables are always dirty, this one is not the exception.
Staff had some down time when I was there and can easily swapped the floor at lest.

Even though the food was good it fells that you are eating at a pig pen.

I just left this location I waited in line for over 30 mins because they were out of queso and fajitas. This is the first time I’ve seen the general manager working while going to this location and she had no control. Instead of making sure food was being put out quickly and efficiently she pulled one of her grill cooks to go have a talk abt something not being up to par but while she did this her line grew to be longer and longer she also went to have that convo before making any more fajitas and putting them out. She was very loud talking to the employee to where we could all hear who was standing in line and quite frankly I got second hand embarrassment from it. As a manager you are supposed to make sure your store is running as smoothly as possible and while certain employees were busting their butt she watched as one of them ran the line by their self and the line was to the door. Her other employees one the to go line came and helped get the line down why she questioned her employees about temps on foods . There was a bag of trash just on the floor that should of been taken to the trash. Trash overflowing out the trash cans . Very unprofessional and to have to sit and wait 30 mins + for queso and fajitas is very unacceptable and I don’t appreciate it what so ever.

When I got there, they made us me and four other guys wait five minutes for steak. They did not have chips without salt. They don’t consider people with diabetes. Third after I was charged for a cup Annabel and ranch sauce ice machine has no ice. You guys need to pay a little bit more attention to detail and have everything ready but more so this fall on the manager, lack time management and multitasking.
