I've been going to this hardee's for years now, and I can't quite recall a bad experience. Tonight at around 10 PM. Me and my sister were helped by kiki. Not only were we greeted with kindness and excitement (especially this late) but she went out of her way to get the job done. Food was fresh, no complaints. It was fast too. And the lot was clean! Thank you Kiki!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit along with other items. Got home and the bacon biscuit was made with sausage. I called and no one would answer the phone. Now I have a sandwich that won't get eaten and wasted my money. Very upset because this store usually gets it right. Ugh....
The lady taking the order was rude and impatient. Talking about what else when i said give me a moment. I was obviously looking at the menu and they trying to rush you to order and literally no one was behind me. They just want to sit and be lazy

My review is purely based on the fact that I just waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes with no help, not sure if only 1 person was working but they were open & the car before me was heading to the window as I drove up but I got tired of waiting & went to white castle 🤷🏾♀️ I was really hungry & had so much stuff I wanted to order while waiting but maybe next time.

They didn't put all my order in, and I lived to far to go back. I called them, and they said to come back I was like, I live too far, and they just hung up.
Rude employees and 4.89 for 4 cinnamon raison biscuits on the app and $6.99 at the store like what? Ordered 2- 4 packs of cinnamon raison biscuits got to the window and only rang me for 1 then got an attitude when I still wanted the 2nd one. Like i just ordered 2 of 1 thing how hard is that? Then mad at me that you messed up counting from 1 to 2? First and last time here for sure.
