They absolutely cannot do the simplest task. Every sandwich is thrown together and looks like it was mauled by a bear before it arrives. The delivery drivers forget half the items you order. I tip VERY well every time for deliveries that are never less than an hour late. I don’t understand how it can be THIS hard to make a sandwich and send it somewhere. Need to find a new place for lunch now because they don’t deserve the money i spend on them.

This jimmy John’s has repeatedly taken 40 minutes to an hour to deliver my order, this is the fourth time this has happened at this jimmy johns.I will say the driver is always the nicest person, and I know it is not their fault. 10/10 for the driver every time.But you can’t advertise as “freaky fast” if it takes 45 mins to an hour to deliver the food. 0/10 for this stores management.

Ordered at 11:37. Called at 12:18p - its leaving the store now. Called again at 12:40p - it just left, will be first stop. Called 1pm- still not here. Store is 2.5 miles from me. It is now 1:08p and still no food. Will NEVER order from this store again. Freaky Fast my A$$!

Don’t expect this quickly. Delivery time stated 12-16 minutes and it’s not been 25 since I ordered and it is still “being prepared”. Only reason to order is for quick delivery and they can’t do that.
