This ain’t it chief. Gone are the days of ‘Freaky Fast’- now are the days of ‘I placed my order 16 min ago and they haven’t started making it yet when I arrive to pick it up’.

The trip before this I walked in at 6 pm, there was one worker at the back of the room behind the counter talking on the phone- she looked at me, and walked to the back. No greeting. I waited three min and left to get food elsewhere.

I miss the days of yore when you walk in, there’s 4 guys working who all shout ‘Welcome to Jimmy’s’, and you get your sandwich within 60 seconds of finishing telling them the order. Those days are gone, this is just the corpse of a once great chain.

I love this location! I have a pork allergy and have never had a reaction. They don't even bat an eye at remaking a sandwich and making sure they have clean supplies to make sure you don't have a reaction.

They get backed up from time to time but nothing beats great quality and service

Placed online order, cool.
Pulled up they're busy. No big deal. Wait for my order. Cool no problem. What was a problem was the guy with braids acting like the customers were somehow beneath him. You GREET AND SPEAK to people. Not mumble and ignore. Do better.

Echo Lost

They absolutely cannot do the simplest task. Every sandwich is thrown together and looks like it was mauled by a bear before it arrives. The delivery drivers forget half the items you order. I tip VERY well every time for deliveries that are never less than an hour late. I don’t understand how it can be THIS hard to make a sandwich and send it somewhere. Need to find a new place for lunch now because they don’t deserve the money i spend on them.
