They absolutely cannot do the simplest task. Every sandwich is thrown together and looks like it was mauled by a bear before it arrives. The delivery drivers forget half the items you order. I tip VERY well every time for deliveries that are never less than an hour late. I don’t understand how it can be THIS hard to make a sandwich and send it somewhere. Need to find a new place for lunch now because they don’t deserve the money i spend on them.

This jimmy John’s has repeatedly taken 40 minutes to an hour to deliver my order, this is the fourth time this has happened at this jimmy johns.I will say the driver is always the nicest person, and I know it is not their fault. 10/10 for the driver every time.But you can’t advertise as “freaky fast” if it takes 45 mins to an hour to deliver the food. 0/10 for this stores management.

Ordered at 11:37. Called at 12:18p - its leaving the store now. Called again at 12:40p - it just left, will be first stop. Called 1pm- still not here. Store is 2.5 miles from me. It is now 1:08p and still no food. Will NEVER order from this store again. Freaky Fast my A$$!

Don’t expect this quickly. Delivery time stated 12-16 minutes and it’s not been 25 since I ordered and it is still “being prepared”. Only reason to order is for quick delivery and they can’t do that.

Love this place. LOOK : the team is great over here. Place gets pretty busy around lunch time (phone orders/delivery as well) sometimes, so just be patient! I walked in the other day and had a sandwich in my hand before the receipt printed ??

Every bit of a sandwich is supposed to taste the same. But here I have a bunch of lettuce, the butts of tomatoes and slapped on turkey. Called to complain and the manager is so rude. "I promise you. I made that sandwich and it was made by Corp. guidelines" idc because corporate would NEVER eat this. ?

Just went to this location in Speedway and one of the women that was working there was on her cellphone yelling at someone with gloves on while cutting up meat! How nasty!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this place, it never arrives on time. I schedule it to be delivered so I can eat it during my lunch break, but it always arrives 30 or 40 minutes late. I have called them, and written reviews on their site letting them know this is an ongoing problem, but nothing ever changes. I am done giving them any more of my money. Also, when the food does show up, it is usually missing something as well. This location is just terrible!

I had not been to Jimmy John’s in a while. My overall was not bad however the sandwich was 90% bread 10% tuna. Must be under new management or something because it used to be When I used to be approximately 60 to 40. Not fond of paying over seven bucks for a sandwich for mostly bread. The quality/ quantity of this location has definitely dropped.

One star is laughable. One sandwich club Lulu. For those not familiar it’s turkey bacon lettuce tomato & Mayo. Easy peezy. Now I do admit to customizing my sandwich by removing the tomato and adding bacon cheese and extra Mayo. When I called the manager to let him know I wanted to ask for a refund because it didn’t even have one whole piece of turkey on it, he said he’s the one that made it and did I “misplace” the turkey? Well gee I don’t know let me think. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I realize the labor pool has been reduced to hiring incompetent children to run your place but at the very least you could make sure they have manners. Think I’m kidding about the turkey.? I posted the pics. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
