My food was old and nasty.Even my dogs didn't want to eat it. From now on, I'll just go to brownsburg a lot nicer and better food.

Crawfordsville road store in speedway had me waiting 20 minutes then they said I didn't order and I showed him I did they said we didn't pay a show to my dad and I said just give me my money back or we don't give money back so since June 1st I've been dealing with corporate now all the sudden oh that's a franchise you have to even go there and they'll give you your money so I go there today oh we're franchise we don't give refunds I will never go back to the store again ever ever corporate didn't help cuz it's a franchise well if my name was on the building I'd be a little concerned about the inaccurate subordinate nasty stores that they have they need to address and consider the customers complaints in an orderly manner June 1st to September 21st is it long time to wait

Honestly worst KFC in the state of Indiana and possibly in America. I was told to get out of my car walk inside to pick up my order when I specified drive thru pickup on the app. Next visit I went to the door and it was locked. I drove to drive thru speaker. The workers didn't say a word. I pulled up to the pickup window and the lady kept ignoring me for several minutes. She finally gave me a cold dried up chicken sandwich splattered with mayo and pickles. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich. KFC this franchise is hurting your brand and it's an embarrassment.

This place gets a 8 out 10 because they will get your order wrong. I placed a doordash order yesterday, and I wanted 3 piece white and received all dark meat. This is not the first time this has happened. I would have called up there, but they DON'T answer the phone. I had to call them before because they charged my debit card twice. After making multiple attempts, I just went up there.

I placed an online order for my husband to pickup. I received an alert that the order was ready to be picked up just after he left the house. When he arrived at the store he was told that there would be an additional 15 minute wait.
So he waited… for over an hour. I did call the helpline and was transferred to someone local. That was an additional hold time.
In the meantime, he left without any food.
On the phone, the new representative took down my information to fill out a report. They assured me that I would hear back from my local store soon, but no eta. They would not commit to a credit for the meal we never received.

I was there last week. Employee was arguing with the manager. He was yelling. They 7 people wanting for the food. The manager told employee to take a break .He grabbed his phone and was screaming into it. I received my order. It short order of mash potato. The chicken was awful. Under the breading was like mush !!! It was the worst meal for the money. I felt sorry for the manager but bad food unacceptable.

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. I got a #1 combo. One piece of chicken was hot and the other room temperature. The biscuit was rock hard. We had to wait around the side of the building with other cars because it was so slow. I heard the lady who came out with our order say it was because there was not enough workers inside. My grandson's order of a chicken sandwich was actually 2 chicken tenders slapped on a bun with a HUGE amount of mayo. All in all very unappetizing! I think the employees were trying to keep up however whoever is the manager really needs to evaluate it they need to stay open or close the doors so they don't totally mess up the KFC Brand. I for one won't try a KFC for many years! We have Popeyes and Churches around here.

The spicy wings and we just let’s talk about it. I end up paying $12 and some change for six of the smallest wings ever and like six potato wedges a drink with no ice. It’s just not worth it They’re overcharging for the spicy wings and wedges. It’s not worth it.

Terrible service. They’re in such a hurry they screw the orders up. I ordered a 3 piece combo with mashed potatoes and got home and what I was given was a 6 piece tender box.

Your job is ridiculously easy and yet you find a way to screw it up.
