I paid $31 and change for 8 pieces chicken dinner through the drive through in speedway Indianapolis indiana. And I am getting pissed of getting cheated. I got 1 breast 1 thigh and 1 leg in.and 5 wings .cheated out of 1 breast 1 thigh and 1 leg.i know I probably won't hear from your but your reseraunt has been very poor service lately this the third time.and I am pissed.wings sucks

I've been to this speedway location about three times in my entire life, now when I went here on April 3rd.... All I ordered was one individual order of potatoes.... Now how can that get messed up? The second time I came to this location I ordered the same thing and the potatoes were barely room temperature... Now back to April 3rd... The potatoes were barely room temperature again and by the time they were almost gone, I discovered corn in my potatoes. My son is allergic to corn. Good thing he didn't ask for any ??‍♀️??‍♀️..... I just didn't expect to be chewing something strange in my potatoes... Yes I'm disgusted

I never had this worst service ever i went thur drive thur sat 3-21 around 2p chicken was old you could squeeze out the greese i ask for fresh chicken said i had to come in WHY never did this any where esle they just redo order ok i went in walking on a cane the young lady at the counter said it would be a minute ok i sat down at least 12 customers came and went so im at the counter i ask how much longer some big mouth heavy set blk girl yells out I TOLD YOU IT BE AWHILE YOU WANT FRESH CHICKEN SWEET HEART REAL NASTY so that set me off i didnt curse i just let them know ive been a customer since krc came here 50 plus years and it never lbeen like this they were all huddle together talking to someone on they phone so they were trying to pervoke me again it took them 10 more mins to fix fries o yeah the chicken was still so greesy it slid thur my finger when i tried to pick it up never again

The eating area could be cleaner. The seats were filthy. The tables needed to be wiped down. The soda dispenser needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, a restaurant I frequent often. I hope this improves things.

This restaurant's staff is....very strange. They will ask the drive through customers to do the strangest things, and almost always get the order wrong. Probably, because they're asking the drive through customers to do strange things that makes no sense, which mixes the staff up and they completely forget orders (you will NEVER get a receipt here, they make sure of it. Likely because theyre aware of how much they mess up).For example, I was told to pull off to the side and face the building. And then they would 'wave me over' when my food was ready. So that I could drive back up to the window to get it.Never mind that they became busy right after they told me to do that, and completely forgot about me.I went in, to ask about my order a while later. And yep, they had no clue what I was talking about for my order.Not even the first time they've asked me to do something very strange that NO other drive through place will ask you to do.Not sure whose running this place, but it needs some leadership from corporate to come in and just teach some very basic techniques for managing multiple orders and drive through customers. This staff could probably get it together with an actual leader at the helm, who knows basics for managing multiple orders at a time.

So I was pretty nervous after seen all the bad reviews but THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!.. I got a 16 piece family meal and it was so juicy and good!!. Will definitely be back..

Usually my reviews are a little more dignified than this… but today, 1/27/2024 at approximately 1:30pm, I had an experience at this KFC drive through no one should experience.I went through the drive through to place an order. Someone else in my car decided to place an order, too. The worker was speaking and telling me about the two transactions at the same time others in the car were speaking. The worker was talking loudly, almost screaming, through the speaker. At first, I took it as she’s just a loud talker.I get to the window and the attendant there was fairly friendly. The person gave me a total, I asked if she could split it. She split the first part of the order then the lady who took the order came to the window- this time clearly yelling. Before I tried to clarify what she said she yelled some more and walked off.Y’all, (yes, y’all) as she walked away she was yelling/singing gospel music. Well, BAY-BAAAAAYY, keep on singing and searching, because you are still being worked. He’s working on me, too, but I remembered Him today as I kept my cool with this interaction.We get our food and pull over to the side to check our order. Another car comes to the drive through while we’re in the parking lot. I can hear the worker yelling at the other car “WHY ARE YOU BACK? I AIN’T TAKING THAT FOOD BACK!” and everything else you can imagine.Please, get this woman some customer service training. And help those that have to work with this woman.I will be contacting corporate about this location.I was told the food was good though, even though the orders were not completely correct. And no receipt to do a survey.

I had a bad experience, I placed an order after 10pm and it didn't arrive and they didn't return my money. Furthermore, the store doesn't give you a good answer combined with the Uber that they had that night.
