I was greeted by Lisa upon walking in the door. She told me the specials and made a few suggestions. She suggested the honey Bbq wings and they were phenomenal. My whole order was hot and fresh. All around a great experience and Lisa even thanked me for visiting. I was wowed by that because you don't get that kind of customer service very often. But as long as I am getting customer service and fresh hot food like that I will definitely be returning from now on. Thank you pizza Hut for a great experience on a day I needed it most

I ordered my pizza online. After being promised via email that I would receive my Hut Rewards points, it's still at zero. Anyhoo, I got the $11.99 large 3-topping pizza special. The delivery fee brought the total to $20.
It arrived before the scheduled time, which was a bonus. The presentation of the pizza looked as though someone just threw it in the box after it was baked. No love, no care, just nonchalantly sent the pizza on its way.
As far as taste was concerned,it was okay. I had to add a sprinkling of salt, black pepper, and Pizza Hut's grated cheese to give it some flavor. It seems almost impossible to get a decent pizza these days from any restaurant.
I see why it's always empty in here. My son was so excited to finally be by an eat in Pizza Hut. Never again. We placed our order and sat for 45 minutes until I asked them if our order was ready. It had been for 30. No one brought it out. No one came to make sure the counter order was handed out. There was a girl sitting on her phone while the other 3 were hiding. Then I get attitude when I'm mad that no one could being our DINE IN order to us as their giant sign says they'll do. They're pathetic.
We ordered on Easter, and they said the driver would call and they never showed up! No pizza for son on Easter. Oh well, I messaged PizzaHut.com and they said they were sorry, and they would put the $24 for 1 large cheese pizza back on our card within 2 days, so oh well that's life for ya.

Absolutely horrible. Order online from greenwood (going to my friends on the West side). Gave them plenty of time (it was a 25 min drive)
I get to the building. Lights are off. (It's 8pm on a Saturday night). I pull up to the window. The girl is on her phone sitting at a table, finally a guy with curly hair comes up but has head phones on so he can't even hear what I'm saying, tells me my order isn't ready? It's a dead building and the employees are sitting down but ok
I want another 5 min. Some guy in black is just standing there looking at me, the lady gets up and asks me my name again.
I call to maybe speak to someone because what????
No answer. Horrible horrible horrible. I'm glad I chose to pay in-store.
I drove off without my food and y'all didn't get my money

The worst pizzeria I have ever been to. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. The attention of the thin brunette employee who speaks Spanish is disgusting.

Go literally anywhere else. Only two people staffed the night before Thanksgiving.. terrible food, sauce on only half the pizza. Restrooms worse than a gas stations. The two workers are trying to get everyone served and their pizzas and thus having to make bad pizzas. Owner needs to stop being so cheap.

Ordered a pizza on the mobile app. All the workers decided to quit for the day, locked the doors and let the online orders still go threw with no way of me getting my money back, had to go threw corporate and it took 5 days. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEYVE DONE THIS. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I've had pizza sauce thrown at me because she forgot them with the breadsticks and got an attitude with me save yourself the hassle don't go here. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCTION.
