I was just in here and I only ordered two sandwiches and both were made wrong. The older gentlemen taking my order was incredibly rude and incompetent. I specifically had to tell him what went on my sandwiches by reading the ingredients from the menu. He was also rude to his fellow coworkers and did not toast my sandwich after I specifically asked him to. I will not be returning to this subway.

I came in for lunch. They had me in and out with a line. They some as soon as I came in, relayed my order back to me and made sure my sandwich was the way I wanted before she wrapped it. She also asked me if I was in the reward program. Once I told her no, she walked me ate by step on how to join! I will be back.

They only get a one star, because I found out after I went? That employees don't get the tips on the card. Only cash tips for employees. That is very dishonest. I left the tip for the employee. Not the owner. You need to post a sign letting people know you rip off employees off their tips. Never going back and telling everyone, just like a friend told me.

I ordered food here 3 hours ago through the store website. They charged my card but never delivered my food. When I tried to ask about it they claimed they never got my order even though I had proof of the order and the charge. The store refused to give me my money back or give me my order.

Everything including the tomatoes and lettuce look like it was freshly opened and sliced. The price was unexpectedly low as compared to that rip off subway in the airport Property it’s actually cheaper to eat here than McDonald’s.
So I swear they put very little meat I got the chicken teriyaki and compared to all other subways I have been to they jipped me. They were nice but need better quantity. Had ordered online for pick up, so we didn't have to wait.
