Stopped in for an early morning matcha and avocado toast last week. The staff was so friendly and I believe the owner stopped in a little later and he was beyond friendly and seemed to truly enjoy the work they are doing. The winter menu was very special and I enjoyed the winter matcha (forgot the official name). Be sure to stop in to support this lovely coffee shop!

The Spark is a cozy neighborhood coffee shop. Their handmade sandwiches and coffee are good, especially when coupled with the comfortable interior.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots on Main St, as well as around the corner.

Got to work here for five or so hours on a Friday. Great atmosphere, barista was super friendly, welcoming, and courteous. Grabbed a Matcha and a Monkey Bread muffin which were phenomenal!

We asked Spark to attend our weekend long event. They left in the middle of the event on the second day because she wasn't happy with sales. She didn't even give our event a chance. Originally I was told they couldn't bring the small cart so they brought the truck. I gave updated lower totals for our event and got a reply that was okay. The owner was rude with her reply messages and when talking in person. I would not recommend booking this company.

I wish I knew the waitress name she was really nice and gave me a good suggestion on coffee. I can't think of the coffee name, but it had blackberry, ginger, peppercorn, and something else, but it was great. Thanks Sparks.

Simply put, Wow! Was in the area, searched “coffee”, found this Gem in Speedway! Friendly, welcoming staff. Courteous and helpful too. Great variety of food and bakery treats. I went simple with a 16oz Mocha (a benchmark drink for me) and had to have a slice of the delicious looking Coffee Cake. Both are delightful! And an added bonus, the bathroom is among the cleanest I have come across in a public cafe/restaurant. And ladies, I’m not sure if they are for staff or general public too, but I have rarely ever seen necessities in a mixed-gender public bathroom.
Parking: For a walkable town, is best to walk. If parking there is street parking available. There is a small lot behind too.

She will commit to an event and while the event is going on she will pull the coffee truck out and tell you that she is losing business without even giving the event a chance. She is rude and even though everything will be communicated in a precessional manner she will say she was not informed of things related to the event. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend her business to anyone. She claims she gave the event 2 days however she pulled out before the 2 days was even over. Technically in less than 24 hours. We were also blamed of not informing her of the low attendance which the meet director did send her an email regarding a team pulling out due to having interest in going somewhere else. The original commitment was for 5 sessions, she didn’t even give the chance for the other sessions. Moreover, she had made up her mind and decision to pull out prior to my conversation to her. She is being pleasant her in the response but in person she was not at all pleasant and was rather rude and unprofessional. After saying that she gave a heads up she actually asked her employee to pack up. So there was no turning back. I WOULD NOT recommend her business to anyone moving forward.

The spark coffee shop has been a staple of mine for a few years now. Anytime I am in Speedway it is a must go to spot. The apple chai seasonal latte is so good and you should stop by to get one before they switch it out for the season!! However, you can't go wrong with any of the wonderful drinks here every drink I try there quickly becomes my favorite!!
