Great service from our waitress Lesa and we had a delicious thin crust pizza on our way back to Chicago. One caveat is I would wipe off the plastic coated menus.

I haven't been in this place for a while, and the previous time I was in was good. The food is always amazing but the help wasn't so great. I was in over the weekend and the bartender Tiffany was so nice and helpful! She also makes great drinks. She was very busy but still managed to take care of us as well as tons of others!! Hopefully she stays, we will be back to see her!

Pizza pushes it into the Good territory. Party of nine. Cali wrap was... OK. Sweet potato burger is pretty good, but the patty is thin, and it loses heat, then becomes somewhat oddly homogeneous with its bun. Fries (add $2.25) are good. Portions are comparatively small. Heavy meat salad was good. Pizza was really good. Ruben sandwich, meh. The onion rings are $10. For onion rings. Overall, prices are pretty high here, more than inflation, more than the neighborhood, and when you weigh the prices against the meal quality and portions, it's OK. It's only the pizza that pushes my rating beyond just "OK". Spendy place, historic, probably good booze (we didn't have any; the prices for some sodas were $5/per so we drank water). Good. Value...meh. Pizza quality is good. Anyone giving it five stars needs to get out more.

We enjoyed a delicious appetizer of pretzel sticks and a main course of pizza. Phenomenal to say the least. Can't wait to return!

The nostalgic atmosphere here is worth the visit. The deep dish pizza is worth the 45 minute wait. It's pub food but it's good quality and taste wonderful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant - from the service to the food to the attitude of the staff. And you can check all my reviews, I believe this is the first negative review I have ever given. It was nearly 10 minutes after being seated before the waitress came to take our order. She asked what we wanted to eat and we told her, then she started to leave. We had to ask her for a drink order. Then when she brought the drinks two of the four were wrong, including mine. When she brought me another, it was wrong again (diet coke instead of regular coke) - but she insisted mine was regular coke and said "maybe the mixture just isn't right yet," and walked away. Didn't even offer to make it right. Several minutes later - much longer than it should have taken - our food came. She brought the wrong side to one of the entrées, and went to get the correct side. Again, several minutes later, she brought the correct item. I think she made one visit to our table to check on us after that. As I finished my fish and chips, I noticed a hair mixed in with my fries. I flagged the manager down, and showed him and he said "okay ... I guess I can that off the bill." No apology, no sense of concern. We didn't see him again!! When the waitress took our plates, she said about the hair ... "wow, that hasn't happened in a while. They have their hair put up back there!" Again, no sense of a problem - more of a flippant attitude about it! Then we had to ask for a new bill that showed the corrected amount. We live an hour away, and were on our way to a hockey game downtown Indianapolis. We could have chosen any restaurant in Indianapolis, but were excited about returning to an old favorite. To top it all off, we were five minutes late to the game because of the slow service we got at Union Jacks. I will never return to Union Jacks ... too many options to experience that again!!

Was our go to for deep dish pizza. we typically order with 3 topping on each half....Now Union Jacks is charging $2.50 per topping per half - $15 for topping for us. while I like the pizza - I despise getting gouged. - movin on.

We had been struggling to find a good pizza place on the Westside since we moved here, until now. This pizza was very good. The employees were very friendly and spoke as soon as I walked in the door. Little pricy but well worth it!! Can't wait to try other menu items soon.

Great staff, the food hasn't let me down since I've coming here; 5 years now. Choices of beer are great due all tastes.
Service was a little slow but cool little place, tons of racing memorabilia and food was pretty good too. Not to crowded and was seated right away.

The pepperoni pizza dip is amazing! This time we went and the serving size seemed much smaller though :/ The rest of our food was just ok. It wasn't nearly as good as I remember it being 6 months ago.

Very disappointed with how the reopening of Union Jacks has happened. The Mug Club is not the same nor is it worth it. We were weekly customers when there was trivia and received a high amount of gift cards. Tonight they wouldn’t even accept them because their “system wouldn’t accept it”. The waitress was lovely and joked with us which was fantastic. But the management, cost of food, and change of benefits for mug club has now marked Union Jacks of our weekly visits. Might not be much but when we had been there weekly for 3+ years we are now giving our money to someone else.

Union Jacks is always so great! The food is amazing and pair that with a great beer/drink selection and I'm set. This visit we had the Dirty D pizza and it was amazing
