I visited around 9pm in September 2025. The manager was sort of a little jerk with poor customer service skills. I placed online mobile order. He still demanded that I pull out my phone and scan some rewards barcode. Anyway rewards info was automatically earned and recognized when I placed the order. It was stupid for him to ask for my phone. Another time he refused to honor a coupon offer that was clearly available to me.

The 3rd shifters are amazing and nice! I had issues with their AI taking my orders and I had no choice but to pull around. They took my orders with no complaints and smiled. I really appreciate y'all so much. I left another location who were rude and I just could let them make my food. These ladies understood the assignment!!! They need raises. It's 2025 they need more money.

Food is good here, but the drive-thru staff is completely incompetent when it comes to efficiency. I ordered and paid online and there were five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru when I arrived to pick up my order. 25 minutes later and I'm still in the drive-thru with three cars ahead of me. If I hadn't already paid ahead of time I would have driven off long ago.
Update: 40 have passed since I got in line, 2 cars still ahead of me.
Update: Received my order 48 minutes after arriving at the order board. No acknowledgement or apology from staff regarding wait time.

Awful!!!! The bot ordering system sucks, orders what it wants, can’t correct it, you pull around and they employees are outside smoking, no one to help you. So you deal with a robot that sucks and then the real people suck!!! Awful!!!!

I got a couple of their plain chicken sandwiches with cheese. They are pretty good. That's all I ever get when I go to White Castle. They are a real piece of chicken and not processed chunks like McNuggets are.
