The service is rude. The staff bedsides a lady who came from the back, was the opposite of warm, friendly or inviting. She addressed my concern about the order I was waiting for. The 3 black employees never kept me informed on my order and as much as white castle cost you'll should be friendlier. I personally go to WC on west 38th & Moller, I was only picking up an order. I am black, and I call it like I see it, poor customer service will get you a bad review from me.

worst white castle I've ever had the misfortune of shopping at. CONSTANTLY out of product. food is BURNT constantly. i havent shopped here in months because of it and not but 5 minutes ago here we go once again. 'out of cheese tots' no sign, no call, no communication for the online order i placed. Just cheesesticks which are disgusting and overcooked. employees are rude and short-tempered, fries do NOT EVER get salted. this is the absolute worst white castle on the westside of indianapolis. SHUT. IT. DOWN ALREADY.

I haven't eaten White Castle since college but I needed to grab a quick bite. I ordered the cheese sticks! Omg sooo good. I had no idea they sold them here. They were fresh, hot, and delicious. If I get a craving again I'll definitely be back.

No season salt on fries. Fries were cold! I didn't even get a whole bun on my sandwich and I took a photo of it. White castle is on timeout with me. Food cost too much to get this kind of service. Always payment up front but get garbage in return. I wish I could submit my photo. Didn't receive ketchup in my bag either. Person at window was talking too much and not doing her job. Less talking and more focus would change this whole experience for a paying customer. I will not be back. $10.24 for slop

My husband and I are blind and decided to go to lunch at the White Castle and Speedway. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. The cashier was helpful and friendly, and even brought our food out to us. We needed straws and ketchup, which he offered to get for us. The energy in this white castle was high and it made for a nice experience. Will definitely be coming back!

I visited around 9pm in September 2025. The manager was sort of a little jerk with poor customer service skills. I placed online mobile order. He still demanded that I pull out my phone and scan some rewards barcode. Anyway rewards info was automatically earned and recognized when I placed the order. It was stupid for him to ask for my phone. Another time he refused to honor a coupon offer that was clearly available to me.
