Completely blown away by the quality of the food. It far surpasses expectations for a gas station food stop outside of a small town. The food tasted fresh, was intricately flavored, and had so many authentic flourishes that made our experience delicious. We ordered lamb curry, butter chicken, aloo gobi, garlic naan and some samosas. All the meat was tender, the sauces were rich and distinctively flavorful.
The service was also excellent and we were treated very kindly and even given a taste of some yogurt with spicy parathas and pickled mangoes. I highly recommend this stop if you’re looking for quality food in the area. I can’t wait to return.
