Cute, clean, no frills diner. Food was delicious and staff was super friendly. I had the corn beef hash, husband had country breakfast. Both delish. I don’t know what kind of magic fairy dust they put on their toast but it was incredible. Thanks y’all!

The grilled tenderloin had a nice thickness but was dry, chewy and bland. The breaded tenderloin was pounded way too thin. I liked the breading to pork ratio but the loin was too dry making it chewy. More like jerky than a moist pork chop. The tater tots need more fry time as they weren't very crunchy. Hard to screw up tots. they are usually fool proof. The onion rings had paper thin onions. you couldn't taste the onion. A couple rings had onion skin instead of onion. These 2 were inedible. The rings were well breaded and well fried. They would have been 5 star if the onions had some thickness and care had been taken to reserve the thinner out layers and skins for stock or mise en place and used the thicker inner layers for the rings. The mushrooms were pretty wanky. we cut a few in half and they were dark brown to black inside, not fresh. We tossed those. We ended up tossing about 20-30% of the meal as it wasn't that good.** onion rings** breaded tenderloin*** french fries*** grilled tenderloin* fried mushroom☹ we asked for a sandwiches to be wrapped in foil. Instead they used petroleum-based unrecyclable styrofoam.Something biodragable would be ideal (we'd pay extra for that).

Also from April Starr... Had tilapia dinner with mashed gators and country gravy with side of carrots. He had bisquits & gravy. Fantastic meal other than carrots were plain I added butter, but if u like your salt, bring your own, not placed in to go order. But good job guys!!!!
