Absolute hidden gem in Sullivan, Indiana. I had no idea there was any competition to Bob's Pizza in town. But my gosh is it better? I'm going to say yes! Five stars for a friendly staff efficiently. Quick meals. Great food and a very creative dining room.

I was very excited to try this place for the first time. I went online to order, and it said sorry, we are not taking online orders at this time, please call in your order. This was at 6 pm on Sunday, and they are open until 9 pm. So I called their phone number, and it rang for about five minutes and finally went to voicemail, which you are not allowed to leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. So how in the hell are you supposed to order, from these guys for Pickup, if you can’t order online, nor can you get through on the phone? I’ve called five times now over the last 20 minutes, and no one has answered. If the place is open, and the employees are working, then why is no one answering the phone? FAIL…. Major fail.

Always good food and service. Had to beat the heat cuz the power was off at home. so good pizza and cold drinks.
The atmosphere and decor are great. Service is excellent and food quality is amazing. All staff are professional courteous and personable. I travel for my job and have had pizza from many different places but Backstreet has by far out done any other place and is hands down the best pizza in indiana.

The food was excellent! It was my first visit. The food was served promptly. It was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well.
Vegetarian options: I had salad, spaghetti marinara, and garlic bread. I enjoyed it all. It was more than I could eat and worth the cost.
Parking: Front row parking. Plenty of room in lot.

Waited over an hour (no exaggeration) with our 3 kids ages 3, 5, & 7 so that was no fun for any of us. Only ordered one large & one small pizza and after waiting that long the pizza was not even great/nothing special. Not impressed & wouldn’t go back unfortunately!!
