We would eat at this location more often if it wasn’t so cold inside!! The last 6 times I’ve been here it has been so cold, I thought it was just me. My guy never gets cold and he froze this evening while we dined in. I know a lot of older people eat here and I imagine they also freeze. I love BK but usually choose other restaurants for this specific reason alone.
The food was good but I did not receive one of my items. The staff that was there last night (march 18th) were very kind. I called them the following day which is today (by the time I was home last night it was too late to call.) The woman (manager) I spoke with was extremely rude & refused to give me the item that they did not give me that I payed for. I personally find this unacceptable since I have the receipt & was not given the item. I payed for the item. I have the receipt. Absolutely no reason she had to be so rude to me for just wanting the food I did not receive & that I already payed for.

How much are napkins? You have to ask for them. And give you one or two. The chicken sandwich wasn’t prepared the right way. That is why business go out of business ! Tables are not clean.

Went here for a quick bite and got a double whopper and onion ring the onion rings and burger felt extremely hot like it was microwaved and I asked for new onion rings because my onion rings were soggy lime they took a bath in grease and I got the excuse the oils was new that's why my onion rings were soggy well now I have woke up with diareah today and have to work so thank you burger King for not only lying to me but getting me sick also I'm glad my daughter didn't eat there she would have been sick do better burger king

Food has been much better than years past. I have a big problem when I only get 1 sauce for an 8 piece chicken fry and they make me purchase more if I want them. If you want to be petty and dirt cheap, I will be as well. I have made negative posts in any spot possible until they stop this stupid practice. I probably costs more to pay for my card fees than they actually receive for 2 extra sauces.

4 out of 6 to go orders in 2 weeks were wrong and they refused to fix it. Sullivan Burger King is terrible.

I am a service provider who came in with my family. It should have been obvious since I walked in with them and was talking with them. Their order was taken then the worker made their drinks and then started putting together other orders and orders at drive through. I could not leave my family alone. They were done eating and I was not waited on. I could not order. Construction workers walked in. The worker approached the order counter only after I left. I have never been at this restaurant before, I will not be back.

I usually don't give bad reviews however this on is spot on.
When you order a sandwich with no catsup that means no catsup. Not catsup only. Found the mistake when I arrived home 20 min away.
Order placed in the drive through.
Workers want more pay and this is the service they provide?
Here's an idea. Pay the workers more and put all items on a dollar menu.

Waited 22 min for 3 sandwiches none special ordered... took them 15 min to even acknowledge we were there.. they stand around talking Noone working.. worst place to go and our food wasn't even hot
