Ordered bread bites and cinnamon twists last night, relieved them late, I can understand they were busy but both were severely undercooked. The order taker lady constantly cuts you off while trying to tell her what you want, it's very frustrating. Food was awful.

The last 2 times we have ordered they forgot our pizzas the first and time they went back and got them they was cold when delivered.This time we ordered cheese dip and never got it.I called the guy wasn't very concerned about it.I feel when you spend the money they should double check your order and make sure the food is hot when delivered 7 minutes away from them.This is the store in Sullivan In
Horrible pizza, dry no extra cheese, I ordered a sausage, mushroom with extra cheese, and I will never get another one. It sure doesn't look like the commercials show. I will make my own, very disappointed, your not the only one in Sullivan , Backstreet has failed also, but they don't let you give a review
