KAK is our favorite place for breakfast and Friday night fish dinners. The food is delicious and service is top notch.

I've never had a bad meal here. Today I had their new pot roast skillet with scrambled eggs plus cheese with a side of bacon(crispy). I also had an iced mocha coffee. The food... AMAZING! Potatoes were crisp, ample pot roast that was so tender and flavorful. The coffee was great. I should've gotten one for the road. This is my go to every time I'm camping locally. It's probably a good thing I'm not local or I would be as big as a barn! Hahaha! 😂

Everyone who is anyone in the area knows how good Kat A Korner is. No need for me to write a review. Lol
But really. They have been a staple in the area for a very very long time.

Wow, everything is ordered would just melt in your mouth, the Beef Manhattan was made with slow cooked beef then shredded and smothered in gravy, the coffee was made just right and the Oreo desert was delicious. I waited for nothing, my server was just wonderful, very friendly and attentive with a very welcoming smile. I thought she was an owner from how well she took care of everyone and knew all the regulars, my only complaint is that I have never been here before lol. Prices were very fair as well. An affordable home cooked meal, not many places like this left.

This is an All-American diner. It smells like an old-fashioned breakfast is cooking. The ham and cheese omelette had flavorful cheddar cheese, and the biscuits and gravy taste homemade. Everyone is very friendly. Portions are massive. The waitress did an excellent job, given that the place was packed. Banners from local high school teams hang from the ceiling. Seating is very plain. This is the kind of place that Cracker Barrel wishes it were, but never can be.

We were in the area and wanted to try a local mom and pop spot to have lunch. We love to go where the locals frequent any place we are. We were greeted with smiles right away. We were told about the specials, and one was FREE ice cream every Monday. I added a photo of the salad bar, but that’s the only photo I snapped of our food. I piled the salad high on that plate, and the grilled cheese burger on Texas toast was very tasty. My wife’s beef Manhattan had well seasoned beef and that good brown gravy! Mmmmm The bill came and I didn’t have to cringe! Great value for the food, service, and atmosphere! Well done Kat A Korner! We will return one day!

I ordered 2 eggs over easy and 3 length sausages. The sausages were ice gold in this center. The eggs were greasy and that was the first time that I had ever been there. And it will be the last. But I will add.
That they took my breakfast off my bill.
Needless to say, I didn't have breakfast.

An old fashioned diner experience. Service was A++
Homemade sides and pie on the counter. Had to share my giant tenderloin sandwich served with plenty of pickles.
