Use to be my favorite to go to, but now it's the only McDonald's in 50 miles that consistently get my order wrong. Missing nuggets, sandwiches made wrong, no sauces. I don't know if it's new management doing a poor job or a severely inexperienced staff. And to add, they nearly never have deals on this high advertised mobile app... sad

This mcyds has went to hell in a hand basket as of late, very very slow. Isn’t someone supposed to come in a little early so they can heat up the grills? My son was there at 5:15 am, was told it would be a 20 minute wait when no one else was in line or inside! Good place to open a mcyds 🤣😂

Very very very slow! The food smelt and tasted awful… I’ve never had a bad experience with McDonalds until now. Do not go to this place unless you want to waste your time and money.

On 5-25-25 at approx 635pm, I went thru the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Only one lane of the drive thru was open. No problem, right? It took me 44 minutes to get my food and the my fries were cold. Ill never spend another dollar there again!!!

Slowest McDonald's I have ever went to. If fast food is what you're after, go somewhere else. I realize these jobs don't pay the best, but you have to take pride in what you do! We've all had these types of jobs at some point. You can either be a slacker that other employees can't stand to work with, or you can pull your weight! This place needs more people pulling their own weight! Geez! 30 min drive thru visit! Every working I saw are moving at a snails pace!

Well if you think placing a mobile order will save you time, you'd be mistaken. This place always finds a way to be even worse. If it were for the kids really wanting it, I'd never come back here. Embarrassing how this place is managed.

I recently visited the drive-thru at McDonald's, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The employee at the window was not friendly and lacked basic customer service skills. I had to ask multiple times for a receipt because the person at the first window didn’t provide one, but I was ultimately told I couldn’t get one. A simple request like this should not be an issue. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve customer experience in the future.
Again I went again lastnight was told they had two pies I live 20mins away.. I get home no pies.

Cheeseburger had no cheese no onion or pickle. This place just get worse and worse. Next time it’s Burger King or Hardee’s for us.

They are super busy in there and they always make you pull forward then bring your food out dont like that but it's gotten a lot better
