Subway is the same old standard it's been for ages. Good sandwiches, even now that they are a bit pricey.
Great food as always when wanting to eat healthy and fast food. BRING BACK HOT HONEY!!!
Foods not very good. It's always dirty inside and employees are rude and seem mad when they actually get a customer because they actually have to do something. And dont even get me started on what's living inside their ice machine!!!!! Photos will be posted.
I placed an online order. When I walked in, the order wasn’t ready yet. No big deal, I was early. I tried to find a clean table to sit at and they were all dirty. Lettuce, sauce, sticky, etc. The floor looked the same.
While I was waiting, someone refilled the ice in the soda machine. The ice that they filled it with, came from a GARBAGE BAG. The ice was loose, in a garbage bag.
Now onto the food. I grabbed the bag, not thinking about checking it. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and I did not have my chips or drink.
I will be filing a complaint with subway as well due to the hygiene issues

Went tonight to get supper. The young guy that made are food was very nice. The counter they slide the sandwiches on while they add the veggies had a juice of some kind and other old food all over it which had to be wiped down before our food was placed there (they were not busy at all when we arrived) My boyfriend, my son and myself all got sandwiches/drinks. About 2 hours after we ate my son started complaining about his stomach hurting and diarrhea. Low and behold an hour after that my boyfriend and I had the same issues. Stomach uncontrollably cramping, excessive diarrhea and nauseous. I don't know what is going on in there to have this kind of outcome but this will be our last visit!!!!

I ordered my food twice and refused to go back a third time but my food was wrong every time and they even had at least five workers. And the food wasn't made right or toasted like asked. So I won't be coming back.

So the food is usually alright. The reason they are rated so low is they refuse to participate in the promotions on the app. The owner is so greedy he couldn't possibly give a few dollar discount as most restaurants do.

I will NEVER patronize this store EVER AGAIN!!Ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 of them tuna. Dropped it off at home and left immediately because of needing to be somewhere in a hurry. Long story short,wife texted me on the road, and informed me they forgot to put tuna on it. So I promptly called them and informed them of their mistake, and was asked by the manager to "bring it back" so they could "verify". When I told him that was impossible because I wasn't at the house, and that I would be coming by tomorrow to get another sandwich made, he said that "he couldn't do that, unless they SAW the sandwich. I again tried to reason that it was impossible. He wasn't budging. Show sandwich, or no remake, or..and get this NO REFUND! I will be having it out with the owner tomorrow.I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE IN SULLIVAN AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES TO BOYCOTT THIS RESTAURANT!!!

The night manager is extremely rude and rushes you through ordering at the drive through. If I heard "will that be all" once I heard it a hundred times just trying to order 3 sandwiches. However the young man that gave my food was much more pleasant.

Ordered on the mobile app. Lady at the window tried to only give us half of the order. Then when we told her we also ordered a cookie she threw her hands up and they said there was nothing they could do. After complaining we got a hand written voucher which I highly doubt will
