Attended a dance recital. Beautiful theatre!
Service was quick and order was as ordered.
WE have a group that goes there ever morning. They wont turn the heat on because they say it gets to hot in the kitchen. Its very cold in there in the mornings.
service takes forever
My husband and I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich which was anything but quick, but we did not say anything. The couple after us waited 10 minutes for theirs and when they said something to the employee announced to the entire restaurant that they were complaining about how long they waited to which the person in the back yelled back that she had a $40 order in the drive thru and the drive thru has priority over customers inside. The poor couple. And on top of that the sandwich was sub par. We will not be eating at the Syracuse, Indiana Burger King again.
I Took Advantage of 1 cent Cheeseburger Deal w/ Any $1 purchase. So- Added $1.49 Cheezy Tots & had a Perfect Mid- Afternoon Snack!
Management needs to have more people to help, Jamie was very pleasant and handles the pressure, she deserves a "big" raise. I always have to wait when going there, get more help!!

So I'm a door dasher and I absolutely hate picking up from here cause they can never get food out on time. Ive had to wait 15 minutes for a single milk shake with no line. The average wait for me if 10-25 minutes. If management sees this y'all need to do better. Y'all are fast food not fan food!

Ordered on the mobile app & waited over 50 minutes for 3 sandwiches and hash browns. Completely unprepared and rude manager

Not a good experience. Definitely do not recommend this location! No manager on site to help deal with the issue either was told to come back a different day to discuss it.

Seriously seems like they make an effort to be slow. why don't people get fired... it's inexplicable
Second time goin there this week first time I went and was sittin at the place too order and was there for 15 mins tday I went I got service after sittin in line for 20 mins only was one car pulled up and she said give me a min and 10 mins later she finally said some I got a whopper and asked for no tomato’s and they still put them on it fries were cold worst Burger King I have ever been too would not recommend even the girl at the window was jus doin every thing too fast wouldn’t even let me get a word off like she was bein bothered doin her job

This is sadly the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. Communication in store is absolutely horrible. Manager needs to seriously be evaluated. Acting like they are swamped when they are actually not that busy. Waiting over 25 minutes for food in a fast food restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. Personally we'll avaid this store. Owner needs to seriously evaluate his employees and his store.
