Waited WELL over 30 minutes for a rather small order in the drive thru mind you, not on a busy night. Was not talked to or even in the loop until my food came. I was told sorry for the wait. Most of that time I watched as the employee was on her cellular phone. C'mon BK Do better!

I stopped in for a quick late-night snack, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the window, Bailey, was incredibly vibrant, kind, and provided terrific customer service. Despite placing a fairly large order, everything was prepared in a timely manner and came out fresh and hot. It’s rare to experience that level of care and efficiency during late-night hours. I made sure to ask for Bailey’s name so I could leave this well-deserved review. Great job, Syracuse Burger King!

Very disappointed after waiting 10 min in line at 630 am no one in front of me 1 person in lobby I got 5 French toast sticks and a has brown. And the has browns were awful seaguls are currently eating them as I sit at work about to go in. Won't be back 😌

Had some wires crossed with our online order. The cashier was very courteous about it and resolved it for us with no questions asked. Our order was correct and the food was great. As we exited the restaurant, a stray dog bit my leg. I had to get a rabies vaccination, and the dog was never found. Bitey was brown and white, maybe forty pounds. I worry about Bitey. Has he bitten other people? Will he bite me again? Only time will tell, but next time I come to this location I plan on wearing my shin guards. Well, they aren't mine, they're my daughter's and they're neon pink. Bring it on, Bitey.

WE have a group that goes there ever morning. They wont turn the heat on because they say it gets to hot in the kitchen. Its very cold in there in the mornings.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich which was anything but quick, but we did not say anything. The couple after us waited 10 minutes for theirs and when they said something to the employee announced to the entire restaurant that they were complaining about how long they waited to which the person in the back yelled back that she had a $40 order in the drive thru and the drive thru has priority over customers inside. The poor couple. And on top of that the sandwich was sub par. We will not be eating at the Syracuse, Indiana Burger King again.
