We stopped there after a swim meet and we had to wait for our food…no problem right?It was 10 mins before we got our food. There was nobody in the lobbyAnd only one other car in the drive through. Okay, cool…get our food and the fries were cold, the burgers were luke warm and it looked like my neighbors toddler put the sandwiches together! I take that back, they probably would have done a better job than whoever was working at this BK. Do not recommend at all!!

This location seems to always be under staffed. When going through the drive-thru they usually say to “pull up to the first window and I’ll be there in a moment”. A few times now I’ve sat at the first window for more than 5 minutes. The car in front of me even started honking because they had been waiting even longer to see someone. I know to always expect to spend at least 10-20 min at the drive thru here no matter how simple my order is, but the food is decent.

In the past year tried to order food here 3 different times.. thus Burger King can't seem to handle taking orders at all. U try the drive thru but u sit there for 20 min. Not one car moves. U try inside u can't even get someone to ring u up. Let alone acknowledge u standing at register.never again will I EVER ATTEMPT TO COME HERE AGAIN. ITS A WASTE OF TIME UNLESS U ARE THERE ONLY CUSTOMER.. THEY CAN HANDLE ONE CUSTOMER EVERY 10 MIN.. ITS A JOKE HERE..

Don't pull through this drive through unless you have plenty of time on your hands. I have tried this location several times. I am only ordering a whopper combo. The wait is at least 15 minutes with either one or no cars ahead of me. Not sure how they pass a corporate rating???
