try serving your food hot and fresh, burgers warm, fries warm, fish fresh and hot once. second time had fish I should have sent it back (terrible) looked as though it was cooked got cold so it was thrown back into deep fryer. reorder 2 pieces hot and fresh. yesterday at table for 10 minutes no server 4 tables came in after us got servers right away we left if you want to be fast food resturant learn how to be consistent with hot fresh food
