Kay was so amazing. I locked my keys in my vehicle and she offered to put the sundaes i ordered for a couple patients in the freezer to keep them good. The cheeseburger and onion rings hit the spot even though I was angry with myself for locking the keys inside my vehicle

If you like your chicken greedily sauced and barely tossed, getting ripped off on undercooked fries and running out of your dinky little dipping sauce before you're done with your 6 chicken strips. While being charged too much for something that doesn't live up to the expectations? Then you'll LOVE Syracuse indiana dairy queen 😂

It was very dirty and flies everywhere. There was trash on the floor but that got picked while we were there along with the ice dispenser being out of ice but they refilled it when made aware of it. Place needs some small town pride.

I stopped here for a misty freeze, ordered drive thru. After repeating my drink 3 times I still did not get what I wanted and whatever it was sucked! Waste of money.

Has to be probably the worst Dairy Queen I've been to wait it over a half an hour for a double cheeseburger plain the counter person told the Koch that he needed a double cheeseburger. The bearded redheaded cook started slamming stuff got pissed and walked out of the kitchen other employees had to make the sandwich. I was there over a half hour and it was made incorrectly

Ran out of ice cream but kept taking orders for it and not telling anyone there would be a wait. My mobile order was late by over 20 mins. Counter person has no clue what is happening but maybe they are new? Had to keep telling him what was in my order. Food was ok but the rest is a hot mess.
