Very rude service

Oh boy, oh boy — let me tell you. After a long, hard day of landscaping and soccer practice, all I wanted was to grab some milkshakes with my delightful girlfriend. We even called ahead to make sure they had our flavors in stock so we wouldn’t make a pointless drive.

But as soon as we arrived and placed our order — out of stock.

I don’t go to this place often enough to know what else to order on the spot, so I had no choice but to leave so I wouldn’t hold up the line. I wasn’t mad, just upset that they could do such a thing to a loyal, paying customer. Not only did they waste my time, but they also wasted my gas.

Later, I had to drive to the Dairy Queen on the other side of town to get the Confetti Cake Blizzard. Thank you, Dairy Queen, for actually being respectful and having what a customer needs when asked.

Great place to refresh with icecream, banana split, smoothies or any of the other great options, in times it gets really busy, but it is worth the waiting.

Great local place for ice cream with a long list of flavors, fairly priced. Key like pie ice cream is to die for. Love the graham crust in the ice cream

The hard scoop ice cream was so creamy and delicious! Totally recommend!

Good selection of flavors, something for everyone

Joe, excuse me while I tell you how to run your business please. Raise prices so you can hire more teenagers on Saturday evenings; the line was too long and service was slow. And the person handling money shouldn’t prepare ice cream without gloves.

My husband and I went there . we went to the window for service. We ordered a hand dipped banana split. The banana was rotten. I did say something about the banana being rotten. She told us it would taste just fine. I do have pictures of the banana split. We do support local businesses . Serving rotten bananas to customers is not good. Not correcting after being brought to staff attention is wrong.

Alot of flavor options! Stale cones, the ladies at the window are always super awkward ? ?‍♂️ You have to ask for napkins.

First time I tried Joe's and I was very impressed, I had the Upside-down Banana Split and it was great.
