We had reservations Saturday night to celebrate my birthday.We received 3 confirmations ,one within 2 hours of our 6:30 reservation.We got there at 6:30 on September 7 and the doors were locked.There were no signs on the door and phone calls went to recording.
Again we were sent text within 2 hours reminding us of our reservations,I saved all text .These text came from your service provider Toast .
At this late time on Saturday we could not find a good restaurant to celebrate.We made several calls and finally had to drive to Warsaw for an average meal.
Your lack of customer service and consideration ruined the evening,we have dined with you several times.
Customers never had recourse for this type of lack of customer care prior to social media but times have changed.
We used your system and had numerous confirmations and you closed without notification in a Saturday night,my birthday.

Best dinner we had in Syracuse. Our server Shelly was the best! Steaks were amazing, peach bruschetta and crab dip apps were outstanding. Best part was the Blueberry Bourbon Sour. So good! We will be back!

My girlfriend and I visited on a random Wednesday night and we were very impressed! The ambience as soon as you walk in is charming & cozy. We were seated next to a lovely couple that definitely helped make our experience; even if they weren’t there our server & meal was still unforgettable. Great cocktail/wine list as well as a diverse array of options for food. We will be back!
