The employees are nice but my fries were soggy, the food (especially chicken items) were extremely overcooked, they were dark and extra crispy. I also ordered a plain item that they put everything on, and it looks like they tried miserably to wipe it clean once they realized their mistake. It was not busy at all, so I don’t understand why my food was so rushed and such bad quality.

The former manager, his name name started with an R really took excellent care of us, and gave me a lot better opinion of this mcdonald's.. I really think he should be made manager again. He took time to take care of us.

Ordered breakfast off the Mcdonald’s app at 10:52 mind you there breakfast ends at 11:00 but no when I get there they can’t serve it-to me because breakfast ended. When it should have been ready anyways. So left without it.

Went to the kiosk to order, it didn't print a receipt which was the least of my worries. I had to get my own cups because after standing inside for 8 minutes no one even acknowledged that I was standing there. We ordered to go and when we were standing waiting the female getting the food orders together (assuming management) told someone in the back to watch their mouth because this is a family establishment after he was loudly cussing. We finally got our food and left the store made it home and we ordered chicken nuggets in which we didn't get any sweet and sour sauce that was ordered. Overall just another bad experience here we will start traveling when we have a craving for McDonald's.
