I don't understand the bashing of this restaurant. I'm not from the area, but whenever I'm in town, I stop here for breakfast. Always a good experience!

Food and coffee is good, but service is absolutely terrible. We were sitting and waiting for 15 mins for someone to come and take our orders or at least get us something to drink. The waitress walked around our table multiple times and never acknowledged us or spoke to us.Like I said, food and coffee is good. But service is terrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone until the service gets better.

Response to Mugshots reply: I understand there are times when people are sick or out for personal reasons, however; this has been like this the last 3 weekends in a row. The crowd wasn’t anymore today than the others days. We even witnessed one table of 5 get up and leave due to no service and another waited so long they requested to go boxes without eating any of it. Seems you are just making excuses for lazy younger generation servers. We won’t be returning. Too bad Coffee Depot is closed on Sundays. They are always just as busy and service is great.This is our 3rd weekend in a row of hoping service would be faster but failed to be each time. We like the atmosphere and location but food orders are not correct as ordered. (Missing items or not made how requested) Takes 30 minutes to get coffee and an hour to get your food. Tables are not being waited on in the order of being seated. Had to ask for a drink menu all three times we visited. Recommend the person setting you bring menus and one drink menu all at once when seating you. Having to ask for the drink menu delays time as well. Would be nice also if you had American cheese as most prefer that in scrambled eggs. We would like the continue to visit for breakfast but unless you have enough staff to handle the volume we probably won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because the servers ultimately pay for all areas of bad service because their tips are supposed to make up for the low hourly pay most are paid.

The food is good, but they need better service. It takes 40-50 mins just to get your food! And it's every time we come here.

Our brunch was great, but the gluten free toast was the real hero. It was homemade and delicious. Anyone that has given up bread against their will understands how difficult it is to find a good option. Thank you. Will be back.
