The pizza is always so good and I love the wings the problem is why are you leaving a bunch of underage teens alone in an establishment that sells alcohol . Knowing that they can't sell it when you still have customers in house. We would have bought more had someone been there.

My parents food was decent, however I made the mistake of trying the Nacho Fries which were extremely unpleasant. The cheese sauce was cold and the fries were very greasy. Basically a very oily meal with no flavor. The salad bar was ok.
My food came out about 10 minutes after everyone else, but the staff was polite enough.
If you go here, stick to the basics and go through the drive thru.

Usually when a customer walks up to the counter through the entrance that dings...it's a good idea not to have several employees ignore said customer. Especially when the manager has to tell someone to get off the phone (texting) and in turn only further ignore the customer after being confronted by management.

Ordered a pizza for 7:15pm pick up. When my husband got there to pick it up, it had just gone in the oven. He didn't leave until 7:45 which made him late getting back to work (he was on his break). When he dropped our pizza off at home, it was burnt to a crisp and totally inedible. The edges were literally black. I also paid an extra $2 for extra cheese and it definitely didn't have extra cheese, or maybe it was just baked off. When I called to speak to a manager, both managers were conveniently too busy to talk to me. I'm now waiting for a call back. We'll see if they follow through with that. I'm normally a pretty forgiving person, but this is worth a full refund in my opinion.
Editing for an update: No one called me back that night. It took almost a week to hear back from someone, but once they did they credited my account with $40 (the original order was only about $30). So I am happy with that outcome.
Ordered quite a bit of food. It was prepared and served quickly, fresh and tasted great. The whole interior/exterior was clean and employees were very friendly. Definitely nicest Pizza Hut I've been to.
