My wife and I have been here twice, once for an anniversary and once for no special occasion. The first time we came we absolutely loved it and the service and food was top notch! Unfortunately, the second time we came in about a month ago, the service was almost nonexistent, although the food was consistently good. That night the bartender was also waiting tables, and it was clearly too much for him to focus on both jobs at once. He checked on us only once during the meal, forgot...
Reading the reviews it sounds like this place can be hit or miss. It was a hit for us at lunchtime. The plating of the food was nice. I had the lunch special which was tacos. They were a little bland but the chips were delicious. The salad was very good. I was hesitant to get a drink as have not had good bar drinks lately, but wow the espresso martini made was superb. If I lived close I would definitely go back.
