Best burrito I've had from a Taco Bell in a long time hot and fresh
The works were friendly . Wait was a little long but nothing to fuss about. We will stop by again when passing through.

Horrible service! We were coming from a funeral for a quick break and we brought a group of 7 inside at 1pm and they kept making comments and telling us how rude we are for coming inside with a big group!
everytime i come in and place an order on the screen they forget about it, 2 weeks ago they took 20 minutes to get 2 soft tacos out & admitted they forgot it, and today i ordered a baja freeze and waited 15 minutes while watching everyone else get there food while i was on a timed break, workers were apologetic but its extremely irritating when ur on a 30 minute timed break and work 12 hours outside.

I've been here about 5 times. Food has been fresh compared to other locations. Slow a few times, but they were understaffed so it wasn't their fault.

Food was some of the best I have had from taco bell. Now to the negative im glad I live in a different town and state. I was here on business and stopped in for lunch. Staff won't take your order at the counter. They want you to order from the kiosk. I watched a lady walk uo to the counter and try to order her food explaining she was using cash just to be told to go to the kiosk order then come back up and pay for her order. Location isnt short staffed and that's just plain bad customer service. Had I not already ordered and paid for my food I would have walked out just like the lady did and taken my business elsewhere

So we came to Taco Bell tonight and I ordered a cheesy bean n rice burrito add guacamole and they forgot to add guacamole so I opened it up to check and the guacamole was not on there so I let them know and they said oh we will just give you a cup of gauamole lol like I get that you wanted to make sure it was okay but it’s not cuz you guys couldn’t even make me a new one with what I ordered on it to begin with. Then I ordered another one at the drive thru and they made it a big deal that I ordered another one. They were so upset that they had to make me another cheesy bean n rice burrito that not only did they make me that but they also charged me for a cheese roll up and a beef grilled cheese burrito as well and we did not order those items.

Went t taco bell tonite about a lil after ten and the doors where locked and the lights was off and there were people in the lobby and I know that they don't close until 12 am in the lobby cause I used t work there

Supposed to be open until 1am. Placed an order using the app. The order went through and I received a confirmation email. My husband went to pick it up at 12:20am and they claimed they were closed. Pretty sure they just didn't want to mess with my order. Now I have to wait days to get my money back.
Like to close early ordered on mobile app and canceled my order was there 40 minutes before they even were supposed to close need a new night crew if they can’t even say open till 12:20
Gave our delivery order dirty carbonated water because they were out of syrup.

Waited 20+ minutes for my food after ordering... and they still forgot 3 different items! Always a wait and Always something missing
They need more workers. They can’t even take orders from the counter. They are only focusing on the drive thru and no one at the counter. They don’t even acknowledge you are standing there. I had to go out to the drive thru just to order.
This place is disgusting, not clean. Trays were dirty, countertops were sticky. The drink station smelt like trash. No heat inside Even though it was on 44° outside. No personal touch, you order on a kiosk and never talk to anyone. The employees seem like they really hate their jobs, and I can not over emphasize just how dirty this place is on the inside!!!!
I called them at 12:30 am on Tuesday I asked how late they were open till and they told me 1am. I rushed there and was there in like 12 min. already closed!! called them and phones went to voice-mail. if you say your open till a certain time stick with it or your not gonna get regulars coming back!! I understand closing early but I literally spoke to them 12 minutes before and they said 1am!!
It's nice that the GM was treating us the way she did. I only know she is the GM because she told me. And if taco bell wants rude, disrespectful, and condescending GM's towards customers then she is perfect. The sad part all because i just asked why the doors were locked and realized I didn't pull hard enough. Innocent mishap turns into a very unprofessional situation.
