I paid almost $10 for this? Let's be real, no one realistically expects steakhouse steak from McDonald's... BUT, I would at least like it to be big enough to be somewhat filling and CHEWABLE. Is that too much to ask? This "steak" that came with a steak "big" breakfast, was only slightly bigger than a ketchup package & was so tough I could hardly chew it.

McDonald's has always been hit and miss historically, because their training makes it too easy for new guys to screw up and the customer not get what he or she ordered. However, i must say that, overall, this is the best, well managed, well staffed McDonald's in the entire Kentuckiana area.
A worker took an extra shift from 7pm to 10pm and wasn't able to go to the bathroom, nearly peeing thier pants because of it.

Was very crowded..and employees were so busy they were getting orders messed up.Need more employees and another lane to order from.And also had to wait for our food.

I love McDonald's but when I go in I always ask for fresh fries because they usually won't be if you don't. So when I go up to get our order I tested the fries. Mine were hot but my husband's were way too cold so I tell the girl that they aren't hot. She looks at me and says "Well he didn't ask for his to be hot"... we should never have to ask but since I did, common sense would say that we BOTH want hot fries.... what a joke! Has anyone in the history of McDonald's ever said , " I'd like my fries cold please!" ?..🤣

Went online and ordered a hotcake platter with sausage, eggs, biscuits, and a hashbrown and only got hotcakes. Fries are also always cold and unsalted.
