Ordered pizza and there was a mishap on the address. They didn’t even call to ask about it being the wrong address, was a friends address. We had to call and try to figure out how it was delivered when it wasn’t at our house. Then they went on another delivery before delivering ours (already an hour out). Then one hour later it shows up. The delivery driver did not even have it in a bag and when I called about it being cold and missing sauces, JESSE the manager told us that he could do nothing for us and hung up. I will be contacting corporate and have filed a complaint. It has gone downhill the last three years, now I know why. Poor management. So sad. Will not order again.

Dang near whole chucks of onions and green peppers, they should be diced more. Ordered extra peperoncini peppers and they showed up hot, shriveled and in a literal glad sandwich bag

THEY HAVE BEEN USING EXPIRED FOOD!!!!
I was made aware this evening that they are USING EXPIRED FOOD! I ate here last night and thank god i’m not sick YET. but i was made aware today of the circumstances! I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! SHAME ON PAPA JOHNS. People have been getting food poisoning from it!!

I don't normally write reviews for restaurants just take it for what it is and go on. I ordered a supreme pizza cheese sticks and cinnamon pull apart. I won't do it again. It was most nasty pizza I've ever ate. Majority of went in the trash. The olives tasted spoiled and rotten. The prices they charge you would think you get better pizza and faster delivery in place of 1hour and 45 minutes. I won't ever order again. And I wouldn't suggest anyone else to.
Beyond disappointed in the tell city papa John’s. Last 3 times we have ordered we have showed up at the specified time and had to wait an additional half hour for our food to be ready. Tonight ordered food and was given a 50 min wait time, called ahead to see if it was going to be done on time and we’re told it would be another 30 min before they could get our pizza in the oven..

Papa John's is my second favorite Pizza place here and they're usually excellent. Today though, I ordered a small The Works ,extra sauce and my husband got the large carryout special. Mine did have extra sauce ( thank you), but it was burned. My husband's also had his toppin gs on correctly, but it was the thickest crust we've ever seen from them, especially since he ordered original. I didn't even know they had a thick crust but they sure did then.

Ordered 2 pizzas on line at about 5PM, to pick up at 6:15PM. Arrived at 6:10 and checked in, only to be told that it would be another 20-30 minutes before my order was ready. A few minutes late, ok, things happen but when you haven't even started on them before the scheduled pick up, sorry, I've got others things to do with my time than wait for so-so food. At least they gave me a refund without any problems. Next time we decide to have pizza, it'll be from somewhere else.

I called beforehand to ask about the first responders discount which they said yes. When I got there they denied saying that basically correctional officers or not first responders apparently they are ill educated.
