The price has gone way up, while the quality and sizes have gone way down. You can't call the store directly and when the call center forwarded me to the store for questions, no one answered the phone.

Staff seams confused almost every time you order from this location. We ordered pizzas on the app. When I got there, they asked for my name and was told my order was not here. After some searching in the computer they found the order.

My pizza is always hot and done on time. The staff is always friendly and get you in and out quickly. It would be nice if more places were like this these days.

Pizza Hut is our favorite Pizza here in town but I think we've ordered our last one. The delivery fees are insane now. I seriously think they have went up the last 3 or 4 times we've ordered. 2.99 then 3.99 then 4.99 and now 5.25. I'd have no problem if the driver got that bit no, you still need to tip the driver a $5 yet. We'll just start supporting our local places more that has free delivery.

Tell City, Indiana.....The driver lied and said she delivered our pizza. I was driving ahead of her as I ran to the store real quick. I turned in my driveway and she drove past and she never came back. I knew it was our driver because she had the Pizza Hut sign on top of the vehicle. We waited for another 30 minutes. No pizza. So we called Pizza Hut. She lied and said she handed it to us. No she didn't. We paid $27 plus a $5 tip. She didn't deliver it to us and all Pizza Hut would do is give us a $20 credit. The driver kept the tip and the pizza. Not fair! She lied!!
