I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in this subway. Today, September 5th, I placed a mobile order (yes, at the correct location) at around 11:50 am to be picked up at 12:10 pm. I arrive at around 12:12 with two friends who also placed mobile orders. I tell the women at the counter that i accidentally placed the order for drive thru but was wondering if i could just pick it up in here because my friends placed theirs for inside pickup. I tell her my name on the order, she looks at the orders and couldn’t find it. She looks at her computer/device and asks if it could be placed at the wrong location or under a different name, and i say NO because i had to write my name on the form 2-3 different times. Crucial information right here…the payment went through. I got a notification when I placed the order that my $14.11 was paid to Subway. She told me she didn’t have an order under that name or of the sandwich I ordered. Of course I was confused, but recognized that this exact thing has happened to my mother at least 2-3 times and they did nothing to correct it. I show a different woman at the counter and I said almost verbatim “My app won’t load but here’s my bank notification, I paid for it,” and her response was “Sorry we really can’t do anything. It’s the app.” I’m sorry…if your app is not working, why do you still have mobile orders on? I cannot speak for every restaurant however i know of many fast food spots in this town that are able to turn off their mobile ordering. I mentioned my friends, and that’s important, because they both got their food. For some reason, even though we ordered our food at the same time and in the same room, my order was the only one lost. The workers were very dismissive and a few little rude in my opinion. I didn’t ask them to make my food anyway, because I know that they won’t. I know this because when this happened to my mom multiple times, she literally showed her email confirmation and order details and asked if they could just make it and they said no. I completely understand that the app bugging is not your fault, but yall need a better honor system. Mind you, i am NOT the one to confront or yell. I was visibly upset and my tone was off, but I did not once yell at any of these women. I walked out with no money and no food. They couldn’t even give me a cookie for inconvenience? The cookies that cost less than a dollar? Ridiculous. I called my bank and it’s probably going to be reimbursed but this is still upsetting

They slapped it together and did not spread the meat out like normal. They also got mad when I had them toast the bread because the one put the sandwich in the microwave and heated it instead of toasting it like I asked. Will not be returning to that subway until or unless they get better attitudes or better workers “ones that know how to make a subway sandwich”

Girlfriend and I ordered a couple of footlongs from here. Sandwiches were cold, lacking in all ingredients, and so drenched in sauce they were not even edible. I decided mine was passable enough to eat, but my girlfriend’s sandwich was pathetic looking. She took hers back to the restaurant and the staff was rude to her, the girl working the counter rolled her eyes when she explained the issue. The staff never apologized for the mistake or acknowledged that their work was subpar. Do better Subway!

2 sub sandwiches ordered, both with additional meat added to the order, 1 deluxe and 1 double meat. Neither sub got the added upgrades but I sure got charged and paid for them! We live over 25 minutes away from this location so we did not trek back to town. Otherwise food tasted fine.

The two ladies working tonight opened the door for us at 8:55 when they close at 9! I explained my sister was on the way home from the hospital because she had a baby and she was craving subway and they made it for us with no complaints! They were GREAT!

So disappointing I order this and you can clearly see the eggs are bad and I ordered a cheese and pepperoni roll up that had no cheese are there really no workers out there that care any more that was 15 dollars wasted

Attempted to purchase $6.99 special. ( any 6" sub, chips and small coke. Was told this location doesn't participate. I ordered same items (6" ham, chips and small coke for almost $12 and the sandwich had almost zero meat and vegetables weren't good, green tomatoes, small portions. Wasn't what I'm accustomed to from other locations

Dining room area was closed to the public.Employee acted like she did not want to be there and could care less about you.The food seemed to be dried out and old.Lettuce was brown.

Dietary restrictions: When we went in to order at one time,not this visit but last visit...they had it to where you could not see the food..

Parking: Few places to park.Need more parking places

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheel chair accessible.

For months now I have not been able to use their coupons in the app or online. The coupons I get in the mail for this location, that have a QR code and online coupon code for online & app use acts like the code has been excepted but then has a message in red at the bottom that says "sorry, qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer" except there isn't a single item on the app or website where this message doesn't show up, and no discounts ever get applied at checkout.

We always like to come in on coupon months and get the 3 foot longs for $18. The employees are seem not happy to be there when we show up. Except the shorter guy with glasses. That dude is on point. Drive thru has been down for about a month. So I hope they can get that back up and running.

I had to eat half of my 6 inch sub with nothing but bread before I got to the pitiful amount of meat. They used to give you a decent amount of meat. I might as well have gotten a spinach sandwich for the small amount of meat. I wish I had taken a picture before writing this review. What a waste of money.
