Definitely not worth going I hate it when my wife wants me to go there is people in the lobby I know it's almost 12:00 at night but they serve the people but ignore me until someone finally says that the Lobby is closed I got to go through drive-thru and then not only that they completely mess up my order I asked for no sauce on that quesadilla because it's too spicy well it felt like they put extra so I literally couldn't even eat it and it definitely wasn't worth getting ahold of anybody or going back because all the people there didn't seem to care to begin with so I definitely won't be going back if I can help it

Showed up 20 minutes before it was closed with 2 orders in one car. We forgot to add one thing to our small order for one person in the car and the employee was extremely rude, condescending, and refused to let us add to this order. She originally tried to claim that it was because they close in 20 minutes and then she changed the reasoning to 2 orders per car. After denying our request to slightly adjust our original 2 orders, we drove around the line again so that we could place the order. She then denied us again. I felt that we were as cooperative as we could possibly be and that effort was entirely unmatched in her side. It really sucked because we had no food at home and everywhere else was closed so our one friend was left unable to get anything. I tried explaining this but she just interrupted me and said she doesn’t care. The experiment really diminished my confidence and trust in Taco Bell. After she slammed the window on us, we drove away as she angrily stared at us in what seemed to be a poor attempt of intimidation. I’ve never really had problems like this with any Taco Bell or fast food worker, in my past experience I have found that being nice and cooperative is often reciprocated. However, this was definitely not the case.

Do not waste your time coming to this place. 4-23-24 11:30am our total was 31$ when we go to pay with a new 100$ bill, that's all we had, we were told there was only 1, 20$ in the drive through register and 1, 20$ in the front register so we were told to leave even though our food was done. Horribly lazy and rude ladies working their window. The manager of this place should be ashamed!
