We came through on a Sunday. While waiting for our drinks, the girl standing outside bringing our drinks was absolutely wonderful! Her name is Kendra she was super friendly, kind, and so sweet! Wonderful drinks and amazing staff!!!

Tried to go through the outer line which was open and the person at the window told us to leave and come back in the first line. There were no signs or blockades in the outer line to indicate only one was open. So we left, but didn’t return. And will not

New to Terre Haute and clearly popular—the line has been long since opening. Caught it at the perfect time this morning with only a few cars ahead of me, and the service was exceptional. Staff came outside to take orders while waiting in line. I ordered the Blonde Latte Triple 7 style, it was deliciously perfect and full of caffeine. Great coffee, fast service, super friendly team, and an upbeat vibe. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick pick-me-up! ☕

Just wanted to send a complaint about the Terre haute 7brew on high way 41 south in Indiana. Multiple days in a row of going got the wrong order. Argued with them about what we ordered when we know what we order because we get it so much. Proceeded to give us a new one that also wasn’t what we ordered so we went back around through the line and got a very weak tasting drink. When I’m paying 7+ dollars for a drink it needs to be right and I shouldn’t have to go through the line multiple times. We go through the line tonight and order a bubblegum energy add lavender. They hand it out and it’s a peach energy drink. Completely wrong again

Love this place but everytime we come we get a young girl who will just stare at us until we ask if she needs our phone number then she just hands us the ipad for us to put in our own orders all why not saying one word. We have had her multiple times and each time is the same service. Makes it almost unworth my time.

Went at 7:50 pm on 12/12/25 and ordered 4 drinks. Two of those drinks were energy drinks and one should have been free due to the 7 days deal. I don’t think we received a free one but am unsure bc they don’t have prices on anything nor give you a receipt. Just comparing to the price my daughter paid for two drinks in another car. Also, three of the four drinks were prepared incorrectly. My son asked for strawberry and blue raspberry but only got strawberry, my daughter ordered carmel in her drink and they put it in mine too, also neither of us had the cinnamon sprinkle topping we ordered. We were in line a total of 27 mins, I didn’t have the time or energy to have them remake 3 drinks.
Best coffee I've ever had and the prices are perfect. Friendly staff! My first time in I was so nervous not knowing what I would like. I had given them an idea of what my taste buds like and they gave me recommendations and it did not disappoint!!! I'll forever be a 7 Brew lover for life now. Amazing atmosphere and amazing staff with great taste. I'll be looking forward to some food there and I really want a 7 brew Christmas ornament!
