Me and my family went there for dinner and we had a horrible time so we walk in the door and the waiter is taking us to our table and we sit down in our booth and there is old food smashed in the booth so we get up to move tables and while we are getting up we see a tone of food on the floor it looked like a food fight happened in there so we go sit down at our other table and we are sitting there for 30 minutes for someone to come and wait on us and it’s another 15 minutes until we even get our drinks so she comes back and we order our food and it’s all good until our food gets to our table. Everything is messed up and the waitress seemed like she didn’t want to take any dishes off of our table and when we would try to ask her something we could barely even ask her anything because she kept on running away before we could ask anything she was honestly just kinda rude . Our table was a complete disaster and we ask her to bring out some dumpling sauce so she brought it out to us but she didn’t Bring dumpling sauce. She brought us this some weird teriyaki sauce, and we asked the waitress about it, and she apparently said that we can’t get any more dumpling sauce because they didn’t have any saved up from a whole other day, so basically they are serving old dumpling sauce to their customers and the manager there we asked about the dumpling sauce being old, and he was trying to cover it up with a bunch of lies i put a picture of the floor buy our table but that’s not the only spot the food was on the floor it was thought out the whole place there was food everywhere. we will NEVER be back DO BETTER APPLEBEES!!!!!!

Went to our local Applebee's. Used to be one of our local favorites. Not anymore. Should have turned around and left. The service was average. The food had alot to desire. My wife wanted a basic salad. Lettuce, grilled chicken, cucumber and ranch dressing. Instead she got lettuce, grilled chicken and ranch dressing. For $15 !!! I just got the greasy bacon cheese burger and fries. And this was all from there Special Thanksgiving menu. And to top it all off. One of the servers was standing up front by the front door. Playing with her nose ring and picking at her nose!!!!! NO MORE!!! I'm done.

We frequent this location because we live on the North end. The server Kathleen was amazing....so friendly and our drinks were continuously refilled and she was full of suggestions. She was busy checking on her other tables as well ...reminds you what customer service should be. I had the Shrimp Steak Parmesan and it was cooked perfectly and by far best meal I've had at this location. Place keeps getting better and better.

My husband and I generally dine in and sit in bar area. Our recent visits have been great service (first visit with Jennifer R, next visit with Jessica C) and great food. I do love the steamed broccoli and have been a bit disheartened by that not being an option recently. However, they did both offer substitute options of squash and zucchini and explain the lack of broccoli was due to quality issues. Everything we ordered was delivered to us as we ordered it and tasted great. While we did have a little bit of a wait for our food on the second trip, as I quietly mentioned the wait time to my husband, Jessica was approaching our table to apologize for our wait and assuring us our food would arrive shortly. Those types of acknowledgements and awareness of the quality of patrons' visit are the very things that bring us back to an establishment for repeat trips. Thank you Jennifer R, Jessica C, and Applebee's for our enjoyable dinner experiences.

Got the 2 for $25 tonight. We stopped in on our way out of town and were extremely disappointed. My grilled cheese burger had the paper that separates their patties still on there and the mozzarella sticks were overly cooked. So disappointed.

First of all, this was my first time ever eating at Applebee’s, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I came in hungry and ready to eat. The host greeted me with a smile, which was nice, but things went downhill from there.

The server didn’t really explain the menu or the deals, so we decided to order the 2 for $25 deal. Later we found out the bill was almost $50 because the deal wasn’t explained correctly. They ended up canceling part of the order to bring it down to about $38, but by then I was already frustrated.

When the food came out, it was salty and the portions were really small. I usually always finish my food, but this time I couldn’t. It actually made me feel sick afterward.

Overall, I was really disappointed with both the service and the food, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

First of all I’d like to say I never leave bad reviews. I get it, place have bad days, people have bad days. However after our last few trips here (it’s my son’s favorite restaurant) I’m just over it. Last week I took my daughter for a quick lunch before a funeral. She ordered a chicken Cesar salad with a side of fries and I ordered the chicken won tons. That’s it. We sat for a long time before a waitress came up to our table and when she did she REEKED of cigarettes so bad it was literally disgusting. Now people who smoke generally don’t bother me, so you can imagine how terrible and strong it was to have bothered me. She takes our order, brings back our drinks and we never see her again. 35 minutes later still no food. Still no server. I had to get up and go over to the bar where 4 employees were standing and ask them to just box our food up to go because we had been waiting so long and we had a funeral to get to. About 10 minutes later the allusive server brings our food out and we pay and leave. By the way, I walked through the restaurant trying to find someone, there were two other tables in the entire place. So not like they were swamped. Now this week. My husband and my son go back because again, it’s his favorite restaurant. They are seated and after 15 minutes they have still never had anyone come up to their table. Tables around them were being served, but nobody came to theirs. They ended up getting up and leaving and going elsewhere because after 15 minutes nobody had even approached their table. We used to frequent this restaurant a lot (the north location) and it literally gets worse every time we go. Yall need to get it together.
